Carrier Air Conditioner — deficiency in service | |||
I am using multiple carrier AC from past 7 years but since last year they are lack in services they least bother about their consumer i have multiple times registered complaint but no action taken so far Last month, I requested complaint to customer care regarding fault in AC but they always send the third party person Even they break my ac front grill So i have no other option left to decline them who doesn’t know anything about AC they only do cleaning -they are not carrying any ID card -they decline to provide any kind of bill -they are very unprofessional -they dont have proper equipment Even I requested to customer care multiple times please send any authorised technician but they are not doing anything if even on this complaint they dont take any action then i have no other option left to move to consumers court Atleast i made 5 times complaint to customer care Attaching last 2 request i have made to them Was this information helpful? | |||

New AC broken by carrier employee during service & now they are neither replacing it nor attending my calls.
