I had purchased two carrier split ac from khosla electronics, garia, kolkata on 14.03.16. The invoice number 2624/1516/24547 and 24549. There was 1 year guarantee and 3 free services. But i got only 2 services. When i called to the carrier customer care yesterday (17.03.17), they told that my products was not under guarantee as 1 yr over (Only 2days) and i have to pay full amount for service. They are not providing the services and cheating with their customers. This is not expected from such a brand carrier Was this information helpful? | |||
