I had purchased two water dispenser of midea carrier last year. Both of the dispender were not working from last month say march 2017. I had made a complaint for the defect in product to the costumer care. Picking and dropping of machine is in the scope of service center (A b enterprises, b-26 sec 64 noida up) but nobody care to pic the defective product from my premises. I myself had to send them to service center on 10th april 2017. I called many times to service center people but they dont feel themself free enough to answer the calls. When we talk to custumer care the best they can do is provide us another mobile no. To inquire. They are helpless, they make a same reply that don't be panic sir, your problem will be resolve soon. Today is 28th are 18 days not enough to repair two dispensers? In such a hot weather what should we do. Now what i want to ask you and also asked customer care several times is,
1. Whether there is any time frame decided by company to make good the defected product?
2. Is it customer duty to keep asking service center for track of there goods?
A big company like carrier must not work in this way. There should respond sincerely.

Worst service in all. It would be better carrier should sale there product like other chinese products, without warrany?
