Carrier Midea India — unsatisfactory service under amc for kurve wall mounted ac

Dear sir,
Pcb was detected non functional on[protected].
I am waiting for last 20 days for my ac to become functional.
Today i contacted call centre[protected] & what a pity i was given a mobile no of my area head yash chaurasia (+91-[protected]) & he told me he has already left the company.
Is this the way the reputed brand of carrier midea should function.
It seems the company is not serious in giving service to its client.
I am suffering because of irresponsible response to service obligation under amc.
I hope this mail will appeal to your concious.
