I had detected some problem with my ac on friday (01/09/2017) evening. I had approached the said dealer (Ss cooling), on saturday (02/09/2017) by 9:18 am and submitted my claim over phone ([protected]) to a male whose name was not clear at that time. Since there was no response till 2 pm in the afternoon, i contacted the same office phone number again to know the status and received a reply from a lady saying there is no such complaint, after explaining that the systems were not open when i called the same lady said she will enquire and get back. And again, there was no response when i contacted the same office phone number 3 times and received same lethargic answer from the same lady who picks the call in the office. And the last call was attended by mr. Nathan – service in charge (To whom i spoke in the morning) with surprise, that the call was not attended, he asked me about the status and assigned technicians. They sent 2 young technicians (Ph no of technicians [protected]/[protected] by 3:45 pm. They seem to be too childish in attending the ac complaint, finally they found the remote sensor board had a problem in making the compressor working and with my consent detached the remote senor board. They wrote a complaint record and received rs. 300/- (Out of rs. 2000/- as said by technicians) from me and gave no acknowledgement for the same. They gave word to repair the same and make the ac running by monday (04/09/2017) or by tuesday (05/09/2017). Since the same was not met i had to call the office by tuesday evening for almost 3 times and there was no response over office phone number, i tried calling the owner of the dealership mr. Prakash ([protected]) only for him to attend the call by 3rd time and he immediately gave word to clear the complaint by 7 pm and gave an mobile no ([protected]) and there was no response when i called the no by 4;14 pm and again contacted mr. Prakash and when i called him by 8:49 pm there was no response and he called me back by 9:01 pm and was giving a non-conducive answer saying he was expecting my call. Finally, he said the same complaint will be attendant without fail by wednesday (06/09/2017) and assigned the same mobile number naming him as vimal. By wednesday morning when i called mr. Vimal there was no response and i again contacted mr. Prakash and spoke to mr. Vimal over conference call and he said he will resolve the same by 4 pm and when the same did not happen i tried calling mr. Vimal and mr. Prakash and received no response. I directly raised a complain to carrier midea india ltd no[protected] and was assigned compliant no[protected] by 4:18 pm and with a technician no sameer ([protected]) only by 5:18 pm. Meantime i received a call from ss cooling saying i have been assigned with a service request as against complaint request by 4:51 pm on wednesday (06/09/2017). By the same evening 2 technicians visited without informing me with a remote sensor board which was a wrong one and went back saying within 5 minutes they will come back and resolve the issue. Once again, i contacted carrier toll free no and received total irresponsible response from their executive by 8 pm, and when i said i will be raising the same to customer redressal department, he was totally not bothered and answered “no issues” and thanked me for calling carrier customer service. Till today (Thursday – 07/09/2017) nothing got resolved both from ss cooling or carrier midea india pvt ltd. And me for the past 4 days suffering with my child and family without ac in this bad climate in chennai. This is a series lapse from both carrier midea india and ss cooling side in delivering and serving their customer and making the customer into series hardship. Whole of my family is having sleepless night for the past 5 days out of this bad and irresponsible service delivery from both the companies. I request the respective authorities to, kindly look into this complaint as early as possible and respond to my requests. And now i have no idea where the spare part is lying with and when the same will get resolved. Kindly help me to get out of this non customer oriented companies to get back my spare part so the ac can be repaired

    unsatisfactory service under amc for kurve wall mounted ac

    Dear sir,
    Pcb was detected non functional on[protected].
    I am waiting for last 20 days for my ac to become functional.
    Today i contacted call centre[protected] & what a pity i was given a mobile no of my area head yash chaurasia (+91-[protected]) & he told me he has already left the company.
    Is this the way the reputed brand of carrier midea should function.
    It seems the company is not serious in giving...

    I have chosen midea elektra plus inverter model 1.5 ton with in a year AC lost it cooling capability I have raised a issue regarding to customer service threw mail. It been more than a month I kept reminding but till now problem is not resolved! I have called customer care and I asked them to transfer the call to escalation, representative sidarth promised me that they will resolve in 4 days an I dint say a word! And waited for 5 days no response I have never ever seen such a worst customer service! There are n numbers of other brands I think no body will give this bad service! If they ask me for raring I would be happy to give negitive cent percent rating. Waste of money and time with carrier midea.

      My issue started on April 10th with water leakage from indoor unit, the next day the problem turned out to be an E3/E2 error displayed and AC not working. 2 technicians visited on 11th, they seemed to be trainees who do not eve know how to remove the indoor cover (did not know where the screws are). On 12th came another set of 2 technicians, they said the fan motor needs to be replaced. After around 10-12 days, another 2 technicians came with a motor and replaced it, but the problem (E3/E2) continued to show. Then they said the motherboard also needs to be replaced. After around 10-15 days, again 2 people came with a board, after comparing with the existing faulty board, to my surprise, they told me that the new board that they bought is not compatible with my a/c model. Again after around 10-12 days, on May 13th, they came with the correct board and fixed it. A/c started to work. The issue started on April 10th and was resolved on May 13th, more than a month. During this 1month, my complaint was closed around 5 times, as mentioned by Sivaram, each time, I re-opened. Finally, I had a conference call with the customer care and the repairing agency (SS Cooling), and I got an SMS stating that my complaint is pending "waiting for spare parts".

      I won't recommend carrier to anyone.

      Now, the next issue which happened today, 16th May. On the same day, 13th May, I shifted to a new house. For installation, technicians from the new agency (don't know the name) are not willing to use the existing pipes. They want me to buy a new set of pipes, which would cost Rs.650/- per meter (3m needed.). So 3X650. I requested them to try reusing the old pipe, and if it breaks, I am absolutely OK to buy the new one, but they are not even ready to try it. Strange people. So upset with Carrier.

        Hi, i purchased a carrier ac in 2016 from amazon.com. Since the beginning, i have had issues with the ac. Almost every month i had to arrange a service for the ac. I called carrier customer care many times and told them to replace my ac because it seemed to be faulty because after the repair, it will work for few days and will start giving problems again.in total i have had more than 12-15 complaints. I even e-mailed carrier regarding replacement of the faulty product they emailed me back saying that they have forwarded the e-mail to midea but i never received any reply from them. I am giving the details of the last 5 complaints just to give u an idea of how frequently i had to make a complaint. Here are the few of the complaints (Though the number of complaints made are way more than this) with date and complaint number:

        My issue is still not resolved and now when i called them today because the ac is giving problems again, they said there will be a service charge because now my ac is out of warranty.         I want this faulty ac to be replaced...
        Please help me as i am tired of calling them and raising a new service request almost every week.

          I had bought two water dispensers of Midea - WDP Bottom Loading-YL113SS on[protected] from Sargam Electronics, Indrapuram.
          They started having problems and I lodged a complaint on[protected] and then again on[protected] complaint nos.[protected] and[protected].
          The water dispensers were repaired and almost immediately started having problems. The company did not respond and waited out the warranty period of the product. After the warranty period finished, they contacted me and told me that the product was defective and that in order to get it repaired I will have to pay a certain amount.
          This is a gross attempt by a company like Carrier Midea to defraud its consumers.
          The water dispenser is being used in a clinic and was for the waiting patients.
          We are old customers of Carrier but after seeing this behavior from a reputed company, we will urge everyone to please be careful of the fraud being done by this company to its consumers.

            We purchased a Carrier Split A.C which was not giving

            proper Cooing so we decided to call a Technician from a

            Authorized Carrier Service Center, as we thought Calling

            a Technician from an Authorized Carrier Service Center

            can be trusted more than the local Technicians, but this

            proved to be our biggest mistake.

            The Company seems to hire uneducated Employees for these

            kind of Sensitive technical issues which can lead to

            severe damage to our Components or it might be the case

            that the Company is not providing proper training to

            their Technical Engineers which is causing heavy loss to

            consumers.

            The Carrier Split A.C we purchased has been repaired two

            times by the Authorized Carrier Company Technicians

            withing 20 days of time period for the same issue of Non

            Cooling by A.c.Although the Service Bill provided to us

            clearly shows that the components replaced during

            servicing has a warranty period of 1 month(Bill Attached

            for Reference), but still the technician charged for the

            same component replaced twice and still the issue is not

            resolved of Non Cooling by the A.C.

            We request to take necessary action for such mislead to

            Consumers as summers are on and these kind of negligence

            is not acceptable.

            Error E30 shown, but I have checked door is properly closed and I am unable to open the door also, pls help to solve the problem.

              I had purchased two water dispenser of midea carrier last year. Both of the dispender were not working from last month say march 2017. I had made a complaint for the defect in product to the costumer care. Picking and dropping of machine is in the scope of service center (A b enterprises, b-26 sec 64 noida up) but nobody care to pic the defective product from my premises. I myself had to send them to service center on 10th april 2017. I called many times to service center people but they dont feel themself free enough to answer the calls. When we talk to custumer care the best they can do is provide us another mobile no. To inquire. They are helpless, they make a same reply that don't be panic sir, your problem will be resolve soon. Today is 28th are 18 days not enough to repair two dispensers? In such a hot weather what should we do. Now what i want to ask you and also asked customer care several times is,
              1. Whether there is any time frame decided by company to make good the defected product?

              2. Is it customer duty to keep asking service center for track of there goods?
              A big company like carrier must not work in this way. There should respond sincerely.

              Worst service in all. It would be better carrier should sale there product like other chinese products, without warrany?
              I wil not recommend it to anyone and will report on concern forums, for the awareness of other prospect buyers of such a bad product.

                  Worst service, Would like to share your pathetic customer service. Logged service call on 2 April 2017 for my 2 window AC's, given request nos are[protected] &[protected], surprisingly got SMS next day morning that your call has been closed even no one called up from service centre. While called up customer care they told it was closed as some issues and you will get call by engineer in next 1 hour. After 3 hours again called up to customer care, the executive informed that its already assigned on urgent basis we not able to contact ASC and given no. [protected], when called up at given no. the person told he left ASC 2 years back and do not call. Than again called at customer care, they totally unaware o[censored]pdated no and call status. This is when at present no call load, what will happen to customers during peak season, opted for carrier AC over so many brands but seems done a big mistake. The service centre M/s Platinum Faridabad are great agents, contact nos given as found in just dial etc of Mr. Kishore not even responding called more than 100 times. LG and Samsung are best in term of after sales services. Its beyond imagine that how such a big company surviving with such poor after sales, 7 days and still they not able to even visit.

                    To the customer service team,

                    Saturday afternoon when we tried to use our air conditioner, there was no cool air only the blower was working on this we called up customer service and raised a complaint and someone came to our place and checked the AC. P.S - He did not have a safety belt and my compressor is on the 4th floor. and told us that there was no gas at all. He did not have any tools, nor the gas to put in the compressor, he told me someone would visit on Monday i.e. today however no one has contacted me up until now. Everytime someone has come have just done something temporary and the same problem persists again!!

                    It has been 8 months we have bought this AC which is for almost more than 30k and we have already complained 5 times, every time there was some or the other problem with the working condition of which gas leak was common for all 5 times.

                    This first of all is not acceptable at all as we have purchased this as a new product and not a used one and that too with cash and not free, while it is electronic once I understand could have some minor issue as there is some installation installed, however 5 freaking times is not acceptable.

                    I demand the AC to be replaced either with a new one or give me my complete cash back so that we can use AC of a better provider. The experience has been horrible and I demand the refund or exchange on immediate basis.

                    Please be informed I have written to Mr. Krishan Sachdeva and Mr Alok Kohli on this and if necessary action is not taken in 24 hours there will be repercussions!!
                    I am also writing to consumer court, National consumer helpline and every other forum on internet.

                      My washing machine was making lot of noise so i lodged a complaint. Service guy came and insisted that machine needs to be taken to service station as a part needs to be changed on 25th october 2016, promising that it will be repaired and sent back within a day i. E 26th. We were reluctant to send the product as it was diwali time but the service rep assured that we will get back the machine on time. However after multiple chasing attempts with service rep samarth ([protected]) till date we have not got our machine 2nd nov 2016. We have been lied to, when we used to call service rep was not answering the calls. I am feeling cheated and harrased by your service centre. I am repenting buying a product of midea.

                        I have purchased an a.C career superia 1.5 ton(5 star) sr.No is[protected] on dated 27/5/16 from asian aircon kot ise khan(Moga) on name of mr. Sohan lal . From day one i am facing problem.ac is not working properly. It works for a while and then it stops working and after 4/5 hours again it starts working. There is not any problem in electricity voltage. I have 2 more ac in my house one is of carees and second is voltas but they both are working good but this ac is not working. From day one we told to the dealer he just come to my home nd do nothing and now after so many visits he is saying that compressor is not working and say we have to change its compressor and i am not satisfied to change its compressor. I just want to change this ac. I am not satisfied with this ac.
                        i am very frustated with dealer s service.
                        so i request to you to change my ac and provide me new ac.

                        Dear Sir,
                        regarding the change of A.C. Compressor and not to replace the fully Unit. Sir, I am not agree
                        with you. Due to I am not satisfied with your response..This is not a clean businessman-ship. As my side I have spent more than
                        Rs.50, 000/- for to feel good in summer. But all in vain due to your defected unit of A. C.. It can not work properly from the first day of Installation. As I have already told to your good-self I have inform your dealer for so many times. I change the electric wiring &
                        stablizer. as he directed but the problem is still stand as the earliest. My whole summer season spent in trouble. So how
                        I can believe in repair.
                        So I once again appeal your good-self to change the Unit or Return my payment with interest & exependiture. . Unless I will be compel to do the legal action through the Consumer Court

                          انا مركب تكييف ميراكو وطلبت صيانه من الشركه الجهاز مش شغال ادونى ميعاد بعد ٤ايام قلت من مشكله قالولى الفنى هيجى من ١٠الى ١ فخليت ناس يستنوه فى للبيت مخصوص والاستاذ جالى الساعه٣ وبعد ما وصل اول كلمه قالها علطول انا مش هشتفل ليه يا باشا قاللى علشان السفتى قولتله يعنى ايه قاللى الشركه بتقولى لازم تشتغل فى مكان امن (انا اخر دور والكومبرسور على السطوح) قاللى يعنى حضرتك تركب سلم وتعمل سور للسطح علشان نقدر نجى نشوف التكييف ونصلحه هههههههههه الحمد الله مقليش تقفل سراميك وكهرباء للسطح

                          اخر حاجه حصلت النهارده مع الشركه المحترمه من يومين عملت اللى طلبوه منى وجبت ناس فكوا الجهاز من السطح ونزلوه تحت علشان الشركه تيجى تركبه وكلمتهم الجمعه قالولى هنحددلك ميعاد يوم الاحد النهارده بس الاول ناكد مع قسم التركيبات أن فى حامل للجهاز وقالولى هيكلموك السبت وياكدوا عليك الحامل موجود ولا لا المهم كلمونى السبت وقالولى الحامل موجود وهنبعته مع الفنى كلم خدمه العملاء وحدد ميعاد معاهم المهم كلمتهم وحددوا ميعاد النهارده الحد من ٤ الى ٧ استنيت لغايه ٦.٤٠محدش جه فكلمتهم عليا الاستاذ محمد قالى كنت لسه هكلم حضرتك علشان ناجل الميعاد هيبقى من ٨ الى ٩ وبعد خناق قلت مش مشكله بس ييجوا المهم برضه مجوش لغايه ٩ كلمتهم وطلبت اكلم الاستاذ طه المسئول هناك اللى حددلى الميعاد وخلتنى اصبر قبل كده فقالى بعتذر هييجوا لحضرتك فى خلال نصف ساعه وبرضه كالعاده مفيش احترام لاى مواعيد ومحدش جه المهم اخيرا الفنى جه الساعه ١٠.٣٠وبساله على الحامل قاللى محدش بعت معايا حاجه وهو مش موجود فى مركز المبيعات عندنا قلتله ازاى لما هما كلمونى وقالولى موجود قالى لا مفيش هههههههههه شركه كدابه وفاشله

                          المهم بص عالجهاز قالى لا مين لحم النحاس من ورا قلتله اكيد مش انا الوكيل بتاعكم هو اللى ركب المهم كلم الشركه الاستاذه زهره قالتله لا تفكه ونركب نصف خلفى ومش عارف ايه وايه وايه المهم هيكلفنى علشان يركب مكانه بس من غير ما يشوفوا لو عايز قطع غيار او صيانه للكومبورسور ١٧٠٠ههههههههههه

                          المهم انا اديتهم فرصه لغايه بكره الساعه ١١ يحلوا المشكله ويصلحوا التكييف ويركبوه بدون اى تكلفه علشان غلطتهم هما اللي طلبوا انى افكه

                            Hello there,

                            I bought carrier split ac on 6/6/2016. From the very next day it's louver started making vibration and noise while rotating. I made complaint on 17/06/2016. Engineer visited my place on 20/6/2016 and told to replace the defective louver. Since that date, i only get messages and calls from carrier to ask whether we are satisfied with the service and our problem is solved or not. I get messages that my complaint has been solved and closed. Carrier executive every time call and informs me that my case will be forwarded to seniors. I have sent an email several times to their customer support and company secretary ms. Monica pandey but still no action was initiated. Kindly help me with this. My efforts are a cry in wilderness. Attached is the copy of bill and complaint job sheet.

                              I purchased a carrier 1.5 ton window ac (5-star rating) model no. Gwrac018ep040 (Model name - 18k estrella premium-r) from sargam electronics, k-35 lajpat nagar-ii delhi-110024 on 20th june 2016. The ac was agreed to be delivered the next day & to be installed by same day evening.
                              But on next day (21st june 2016) at 13:10pm we got informed by a store staff (Landline[protected] that the ac cannot be delivered due to non-availability of a fresh unit in their stock.

                              Finally the unit was delivered on 22nd june 2016 afternoon around 13:40 by mr arpit (Mobile [protected]) while i and my wife were at work. The ac was received by our landlord on our behalf. The installation engineers arrived at 20:20pm same day, 15 mins after we reached home in evening.

                              As noticed right then and also informed to the installation guys,

                              The delivered carton was not sealed/ packed like it should have been and was already open.
                              The unit inside was not even bubble-wrapped.
                              The remote control found was again without any cover or a product information sticker as it usually is.
                              The remote control has scratches all over and appears at least 2 years old if not more as even the 'carrier' logo itself is blurred on it.
                              The user manual which is part of every installation kit - as also mentioned on the carton - was missing.
                              The two numbers of batteries were also not found in the carton.
                              The ac unit doesnot have any product information sticker as it should have been on a fresh unit.

                              The same was brought to the notice of the installation engineers then and there, but they chose not to respond, saying they are not the right people to comment on it and continued to install the ac in spite of repeated questions on above issues.
                              Failing to get any answers from them, we also tried to contact sargam electronics on[protected] times between 8:25 & 8:40) but nobody picked. At 20:41pm i got to talk on number [protected] (As mentioned on bill) but the person on other side claimed the store is closed for the day and we must contact them again on next day.
                              Meanwhile the installation guys already installed the unit.
                              I called carrier customer care ([protected]) to register my complaint against the dealer & the company for delivering an old unit but they denied to register complaint saying i must try to sort this with dealer at my end.
                              The next day on 23rd june 2016, i got a verification call from sargam head-office (Talked to [protected]) whom i informed the entire matter. He connected me to mr harsh at sargam, lajpat nagar who agreed that the box was already opened and remote looked at least 2 yr old.
                              While also conceding that they at times sell a 'displayed/ exhibited units to customers after taking them in confidence, but neither we asked for it nor anybody talked about such offer!
                              Mr. Shamveer, another staff member insisted that we must continue with same unit along with old remote as it is anyways working fine currently. They later offered only to replace the remote.

                              It wa's clearly stated that i wish to get entire unit replaced due to above mentioned points.
                              The staff at store assured us to do the needful and get back to us by 24th june 2016 morning with a positive solution.

                              While we expected their positive support, finally on 24th morning at 11:12am & 11:54am, i received call from mr harsh[protected] who in stead tried to negotiate/ bargain for our loss with an 'extra special gift' as a compensation for old ac unit - an offer which we obviously rejected as we only want a fresh/ new carrier estrella window ac.
                              Repeated attempts to talk to mr vinay sharma failed as the phone lines of sargam head-office were busy.
                              The mails to sargam electronics failed as both the email ids mentioned on company website www.sargam.in - [protected]@sargam.In & [protected]@sargam.In - are dysfunctional.
                              The customer care helpline at carrier only gave a complaint number but there hasnt been any communication till yet, as promised.

                              I seek an early intervention from your end to resolve the matter at earliest.

                                I am very sick of of carrier service provider i did complaint many times but i dint get any resulation from service center and i was think that carrier is a best company in servicing but i was rong and i never recommand this company to other coz of late servicing so plz resolv my problem asap.

                                  Shocking to say that carrier estrella 5 start window ac would not have any warranty even for one season.
                                  Even chinese cooler pump of 100 bucks is under warranty for one season but this is not valid for carrier window ac.
                                  I have facing tough times getting my ac working since 4th april, 2016 till today.
                                  The same has not been resolved till date even after multiple requests.
                                  Ref no[protected],[protected].
                                  Now, after multiple followups they say we would have to take your ac to our laboratory for repair and i would have to bear all the transport and repair charges.
                                  Just to mention that i had bought the ac last year on 26th may, 2015 and i have been complaining since 4th april, 20th may, 28th may... But they only found issue a fay after warranty was over.

                                  So, people please beware of this - no warranty no service, buy at your own risk
                                  And best part is - these email id's below would just give you one auto reply and then go into eternal slumber

                                    I purchased carrier 2 tr sac superia from m/s ace technomark, j36/37, sector 18, noida vide invoice number 2982, dated 13/03/2016.

                                    The company person came for fitting today and after 9 hours of trying to install, they concluded that the machine is faulty. The outdoor unit fan works after the machine is switched on. However, neither the compressor, nor the indoor unit fan works.

                                    On 13th i registered a complain to carrier customer care (Trn[protected] and since then 2 technicians came for inspection and both of them confirmed that the indoor unit was defective. But instead of replacing the same, they tried to convince me that it would be repaired. When i rejected the idea, then they almost threatened me that even after replacement, the new unit can break down in 15 days!!!

                                    It is now over 18 days and the ac has not been replaced, nor the company service manager has any idea when it will get replaced.

                                    I have made a complaint in the nch website and if nothing happens then i will have to file a legal suit against carrier for harassment and poor service.

                                      Respected Sir,

                                      I bought an Air Conditioner of “Carrier” brand from Vasanth and co, T.Nagar in the month of May, last year. After the installation, it was felt that the machine was not providing sufficient cooling. I complained the same to the Carrier customer care, who in turn, sent a team of service engineers to my home. The problem, they informed, was because of the increasing accumulation of the dust particles inside the valves. They cleaned up the insides and claimed that the issue is resolved. However, I did not see much improvement as far the cooling was concerned.

                                      In the month of October, I faced a new problem, this time in the form of a water leakage from the equipment. Every time I turned on the AC, water started dripping out of the machine, to the extent that it shutdowns by itself with a loud sound. The service team identified the problem as that of something related to ‘an insulation wire’ which they claimed to have rectified.

                                      In the month of January this year, the same issue reoccurred. Losing all hope on the machine, I requested ‘Carrier’ for a replacement. It is to be noted here that I was enduring such immense trauma even as I was continually paying the EMIs for this faulty equipment. They sent the same team of engineers who could not identify the problem on their previous arrival. I told them in clear terms that I’m looking for a replacement and can no longer waste resources on a faulty machine.

                                      The engineer, who arrived later, misled me by saying that in order to make a replacement; they’ll have to primarily assess the machine. I agreed and let them inspect. It was only at the end of it did I come to know that I was misled and that they were trying to evade the possibility of a replacement.
                                      Sir, I’ve had enough with the machine and the company. I request you to take action against the company for misleading the customer with false promises and claims. I would like to even claim a compensation for the immense stress and trauma that the company had made me to endure over the last eight months. I request you to kindly help me out on this.
