Volkswagen — the glasses become foggy when ac is on

UK 04 M 8076 since I have bought the car, there is a complaint of the glasses (both side and front glass) becoming foggy when the ac is switched on, specially in the rainy season. The fog comes from inside and is not removed by moving wipers or directing the fan blow towards the glasses. It causes a lot of trouble to drive the car. I have complained against it in Viraj Motors Kanpur Pvt. Ltd., but they could not detect the flaw and assured of discussing it with the head authorities but till now no information has come. There is also a problem in the front two wheels which could not be cured by the service Centre.
