[Resolved] Cars24 Services — F6CL99 booking ID for Nissan Sentra 2018 | |||
I have booked Nissan Sentra 2018 on 27. 07.2021 I have paid 300 aed as booking fee... Next day I had road test... I liked the vehicle and I had paid token amount 1000 aed through the link send to my mail ID... Relationship manager texted me to send visa, emirates ID bank statement etc I have forwarded all document within 1 hr... After this there is no call or response from this relationship manager... I have called customer care number when enquired understood relation ship manager to whom I was dealing has left the company... Also I was informed that another relationship manager was assigned and he will be calling me... It's been three days I haven't received a call, also I have asked to refund all payments which I have done that also not done so far Was this information helpful? | |||

I was willing to buy this car but I don't got the proper assistance on time even forwarding loan documents to bank.
Atlast I was asked to refund the amount
