Cars24 Services — RC ownership transfer not completed even after 8 months | |||||
I have sold our vehicle Maruti Swift dzire vxi with vehicle number KA50Nxxxx on 21-November-2020 to CARS24 Services private Limited(Appointment Number: [protected]) in Bangalore Sarjapur road branch. As per the initial agreement from cars24, it was informed that within 90 days, name in RC will get transferred with the new owner. We have been waiting for eight long months for Change of RC name and still cars24 is forcing me to wait for another 3 more months!!! I was keep follow-ups with Cars24 for about the RC ownership transfer and every time they are giving the same response- They don't have a buyer. Hence I have requested them to 'If you are unable to find any buyer for the car then you have to change the RC ownership to 'CARS24' instead of keeping it in my name' but they are not giving any positive responses.
