I sold my car to cars24 Agra branch on 29/06/22 and have been in constant touch with their customer service team. Within the 120 days period, i have called cars24 multiple times to inquire regarding party peshi status and they have been asking us to wait for 120 days to end.
The security amount of INR 10, 000 has to be credited in my account on 27/10/2022. I did not receive the amount or any update from cars24 regarding my money. On inquiring on 27/10/22 they still did not give any update us regarding the party peshi date being missed and infact asked us to wait for 24 hours to get the money. But they did not credit any amount in my account.
I inquired again on 6th and 8th November regarding the update, and the customer service team was very casual about it. They again asked us to wait for 24hrs for a revert. On the same day they mailed us that they are forfeiting the 10, 000 amount for not being present for party peshi. But when were we called for party peshi? No date and time was communicated to us by the team and the fact that we have been constantly calling them to ask for the peshi status, the customer care team was unresponsive about it.
It is cars24 responsibility to maintain transparency. How is it that they had no status updates during the 120 day period and all they were asking was to sit back and wait for the period to end. And now, when it is the time to give us our money, they are giving unreasonable data.
All we know is that i have got no call, no intimation from cars24 regarding party peshi status. Even after inquiring from their customer service team several times they never provided any status update of the same. As a customer, i did my part. I was connected to them during the 120 days security period but they did not update me regarding the peshi date. The security money of 10000 was supposed to be credited in my account within 7 days of the action date i e
27/10/22. It is already over a month now but i have yet not recieved the money. Therefore, i request cars24 to credit INR 10, 000 in my account as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
