I had booked a swift desire for self drive for the date 29th November 2015. My booking id is 6564645. They charged me 2082/- for booking online. I also called in their service number and asked for other terms and conditions. they just said to bring three documents i.e. License, passport and credit/debit card. at the time of pickup i.e. 4:30 AM, i provided them all the documents, the guy who came to give me the car told me that i'm not eligible for self drive cars because i'm under 18. Then he said that "i will get the refund because i have not used the service". His contact number is [protected]. He gave me the service number for cancellation of the booking ([protected]). I called on this number at 4:52 AM, the guy on the phone said that my booking is cancelled and i will get the refund by 3-5 working days and also a cancellation email. They also have a voice recording system on their customer service number. So our conversation must have been recorded. But when i called again on the service number on 30th November at 9:06 PM for further updates, the person on the phone told me that my booking is still not cancelled and so i won't get the refund for anything because i'm under 18 in age. All i want is my refund for the service i have not used and for the manipulating me at that situation by misrepresenting the fact.     I booked a cab with Booking ID 6637797. This booking was for 12/10/2015 for 11:30 AM. I had some very urgent work and found that “carzonrent" was a trusted service. I was really wrong on this. The cab was booked 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time and I received a confirmation. I called their service 10:30 AM on 12/10/2015 and I was told that the cab was confirmed. At 11:30 AM, the scheduled pickup time, I received a call from the service that they did not have any cabs. Wow! As I tried to reason with their customer service agent, he kept the phone down. Wow again! Why should anyone trust this crappy service and what if I had a flight or train? I had to change my program at the last minute because of poor service by a poor company.

        I had originally booked a car. on 27th August I was charged 900 Rs for Tata Nano. I picked the car at 9:00 PM, I was supposed to pick it at 8:00pm but there was an issue in coordination at Terminal 3 airport

        The moment I picked the car I told the crew who delivered the car that I intend to keep the car for a week till 3rd September. Their suggestion was to rebook the car again 3 hours before the expiry. Since I had paid 900 I assumed that this had to be done on 29th August since I had paid 900.

        I got a call on 28th at around 9:00 pm saying my car is supposed to be returned and I have to do a booking again.

        By the time I came across a laptop and a computer I was unable to book the car since the website doesn't allow car booking for less than 4 hours in advance and I ended up booking a car again for 29th August 2:00 am

        Till now I have ended up paying 900+1800 = 2700 (Per Day rental is 450) I should get the car for 6 Days (It does not add up)

        I still need the car till 3rd September. I do not know what is the right booking amount I need to pay you guys. Since your Rate 50% discount is expiring tomorrow. Please let me know how much has to be paid for me to do so taking into account that I have paid 2700 for the same car and intend to keep the same car till 3rd September.

        I am available on +[protected]. Can we resolve this urgently. I have raised a request for the same with your team on telephone 59847, but it can not be resolved since it is Sunday.

        I have ended up paying 900 +1800+2700 where as I should have paid half!!

          I had booked a car on 09-June with booking id 6326232 and made the payment of Rs. 916/- using American Express credit card. I was informed to collect the car from your outlet at Amarjyothi Layout at Domlur, which is closer to my residence. As my car was given for service, I had booked the car for commuting during the day. Next day, when I was to collect the car, I was told that the car is not available at Domlur and I was asked to go to Ulsoor to collect the car. I went to Ulsoor outlet to collect the car and the person at the outlet asked for my credit card. I presented the very same American Express credit card which I used to make the payment while booking online. But strangely, the representative refused to accept the American Express and asked for Visa or Master Card credit card. I did not have any Visa or Master Card credit card and offered Visa and Maestro debit cards. However, again the person refused to accept the debit cards. I also offered to pay the amount in cash, which was also declined by the person. In the booking confirmation what I received from Carzonrent, they had mentioned the requirement to carry the (a) Passport/Voter ID (b) Driving License (c) Credit Card. They did not mention in the booking confirmation that they accept only Visa or Mater Card credit card. It is impossible for me to imagine that they will not accept American Express especially when I have used the American Express credit card to make the payment while booking the car. I was declined the car as I was not carrying the Visa or Master Card credit card and their personnel categorically mentioned to me that they would cancel the booking and the amount would be refunded to me. However, now I see that the amount is charged to my American Express credit card, the same credit card which you refused to accept when I wanted to take the car. The Carzonrent have denied me the car after collecting the rental value of the car in full for no fault of mine. I have complied with your booking confirmation by carrying the required documents. However, they have acted arbitrarily by refusing to issue the car quoting unacceptable reason that I presented the American Express credit card. Further, your personnel at Ulsoor office promised me that the booking amount would be refunded in 2 weeks. When I contacted customer service I was told that if was my fault that I was not carrying Visa or Master Card credit card and they can do nothing about this. Even though I am a preferred customer of Avis, I approached Carzonrent only for the purpose o[censored]sing the electric car Mahindra Reva. My first experience with Carzonerent has been very disappointing. I expected a better customer service from a company like Carzonrent. I now feel cheated. I hope a fair business policy would entitle me my money back.

            I am compelled to write to you about this horrible experience that I and my family had at chandigarh airport by carzonrent . We arrived at the airport at 11 am on 17 th of march and had opt for self drive service of carzonrent well before was booked on 24th of Dec with full advance payment my booking I'd no is 5908575. After arriving at chandigarh airport i was shocked and surprised to hear that the car which I had booked well in advance was not available and was forced by carzonrent staff to cancel the booking from my side, so I did call their call centre but you would be surprised to hear that they could only apologise and kept me waiting till 3 pm. To my surprise there was no attendant to even come and personally help me to come out of the situation all the word I could hear after hours of waiting was SORRY.The car is broke down. To my knowledge any breakdown car could have been repaired in 3 hours span this is simple negligence from carzonerent staff. None of the executive would pass my calls to any responsible senior executives after calling En number of times. Later I had to call their head office where miss bhavna helped me out with their grivience email id. Sir, such services are unacceptable and I need a good explanation why I was been treated in such manner, I suppose there is a certain class of people who uses carzonrent services and they trust you to provide them with good services . I need not say much as I hope by now you must have understood how enraged and put off I am due to this incident. Its a clear case of cheating even after paying full money in advance 3 months i was not provided the car.this is clear case of cheating and harresment done by carzonrent towards me and my family.               Dear Sir/Mam, I booked Toyota Etios self-drive for January 2, 2015 for one day from Bangalore on December 20, 2014. For some reason, I had to cancel this booking which I did on December 24, 2015. I mailed carzonrent crm department people on December 28, 2014 but at first they didn't even reply. I mailed them back on January 4 and got a reply with a complaint id no. on January 5, 2015. But still there has been no progress made on the complaint and also now they have stopped replying to my mails. Many times I called on their 24*7 contact no. They made me false hope by saying you will get an update in 5-10min., you will get an update in 48hrs.. When I demanded to talk to their manager they asked me to wait and they will call me back. I received no calls from them. Now, according to their policy if I canceled my booking before 24hrs. of the pickup time No charge will be deducted and the complete amount will be refunded back. Today is January 18, 2015 and I haven't received my refund which is Rs. 1717 and ask you for help. My booking ID no. Is 5900177 and also the complaint id given by them is 53991.                 With deep regret, we wish to inform you that we have booked a cab from Carzon rent, on Wed, November 12, 2014 9:00 am, from Mumbai Airport, for our CEO. And the same has been acknowledged wide Carzon rent reply wide their mail, dated on Wed, November 12, 2014 9:08 am, or you can also find the details with attachment, where i have enclosed the copy of email. I was continuously taking follow up with your Carzon rent customer support agents more than twice or thrice times, but i got the same answer, that your booking is confirmed and the chauffeur details & cab details can only be available two hours before the booking time i.e. 09:00 am and a SMS will be delivered to the passenger's / registered no. regarding the same, at around ideally 07:00 am. Therefore, the matter was followed up by the undersigned once again before 30 minutes of the booking time i.e. around 08:30 am, it was conveyed at that time from carzon rent, that no taxi is available. i got the one mobile no. form your customer support team, to resolve this problem, i called on this no. i.e. +91 [protected], this no. belongs to Carzon rent, finally the person told me that for long, there is no car available for Mumbai Airport. And this carelessness caused the inconvenience to us and jeopardising the total programme of our CEO, and the hardship he had to undergo while searching another cab under duress. You are therefore requested to take note of the above & take necessary action at your end. Anticipating & action against the errant of your concern. Hoping for the suitable reply and action.                   Hi, I booked a self drive car from Carzonrent, booking id: 5533260 for 5 days. I returned the car on time and there was a small dent on the right gate of the car which I accepted and was marked (and signed) on the delivery form by the receiver. Normally carzonrent have a waiver of INR 4000 for damages which is already included in their exorbitant daily charges for self drive cars. So they purposefully charged INR 3700 which including taxes become INR 4162 (which is just above INR 4000). They have a stupid condition also where if the claim is above INR 4000, the whole amount will be charged to the customer. It is quite evident that INR 3700 was chosen so that they can charge me for the damage, otherwise the dent was so small that any service station would have repaired it within INR 2000. This is just a way to charge high rates to the customer when they give the car but charge them for the small damages also. Pure fraud by Carzonrent. Please help me out here.                     After visiting their website they will asked me to pay the money first, so I paid Rs 1488 for swift car on 1st June morning in Bangalore for hiring in the evening, then I called them and asked them that If I cancel the booking how much will be the refund amount, they said full amount will be refunded. So I have cancelled the booking as they have shown the mandatory details required for hiring the car later after I paid the amount, which I did not have. They said they will make the refund within 3days.After 4days I called them they asked me to mail them for that. Again the same process went for 5 days. then again after calling 3days gone. Now they are saying we cant refund you as within 24hrs of booking we don't refund.They are absolute cheaters.
                    Please don't go for it further.

                      This you to inform you that I had booked a car on 4th May 2013 for travel on 5th 2013 for morning 7.30 ambooking ID 4263819 for four days making full payment of 13806.But due to non availability of car it was canncelled by carzorent onm 4th 12.00 am at night promising me paymnt will be returned to my cerdit card within 24 hours but still no payment has been received .Every call to call centre we get reply that we will get payment in 72 hours .

                        I booked a car type Innova for 9 days with an english speaking driver.
                        when I arrive from my plane, I get a Mahindra XYLO and my driver doesnt speak english. When I complain about it, the airport shop informs me they have no other driver available for today, but tomorrow it will be arranged (both car and driver)
                        next day neither car nor driver are changed and since I have to go to Jaipur, I am compelled to stay with my bad configuration, but I get the promise that when I will be back in Delhi area 3 days later all will be arranged.
                        3 days later I am back, check with the shop: no problem tomorrow I will get the new driver/car.
                        Too bad that the next day I see the same driver and car arriving at my hotel.
                        Arrive the last day, I have the very unpleasant surprised to be asked to pay double the kilometers that were quoted to me initially, although I have respected the planned itinerary. When I want to challenge the payment, the driver stops the car on the highway, at the order of his boss, who does not want to see me arrive at the airport unless I have fully paid the amount.
                        Being scared in my stopped car on the highway, I have no alternative but to accept.
                        I make the payment using my HSBC card at the airport shop, which is supposed to get me a 10% discount on carzonrent as advertised on the website. but they refuse to grant me the 10% and I am still waiting for this refund.

                        as you can see: liars, dangerous, cheating ! a very bad experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

                        More money than brains is what springs to mind.

                        I have been hiring cars from them for the past 8 days and each day there has been issues.


                        One day I booked a Innova and was told sorry but they don't have Innove and instead sent me Etios which is dearer than Innova, but I can't seat all the passengers in Etios, sorry Sir.

                        Next day I was told to pay extra because I exceeded my allowance, which I didn't - sorry sir my driver made a mistake because he counted the distance from the garage rather then the pick up point.

                        Following day I hired for 4 hours and got back to after around 4 hrs 25 minutes but the drivers decides to call the boss after 5 minutes so then can charge extra hours.

                        The next day I used the car for same time as above is 4hrs 25 minutes nd told the driver to call his boss and sign off the hire, Carzonrent still wanted to charge extra hour because there was only 5 minutes before they could charge me for the extra hour. It clearly states at the time of booking that they will charge for extra hour after the first 30 minutes. But the local boss said it is unfair to not to pay event though I was not over the 30 minutes as stated.

                        He then went on to say that they had been extremely generous to me in the past because whenever I booked a car they turned up, so when you book a car with Carzonrent and they turn up that is considered to be a favour on their part because they turned up.

                        They are a complete joke.

                          i am trapped by this om sai nath car on rent pvt.ltd,when i am working in bangalore ,my coligue brought about this and made me to invest in this,for this reason i took loan from my friend and i invested in this car group,later i received 15 months properily and i asked my realtive to invest in this after 2 months the cheque all got boncied due to insufficent of funds,now i am in a bad situtaion not able to work proerily and even i lost my job because this tension,right i dont have capacity to have proper food.
                          if i go to bangalore office it has been sealed by govt. offical,i dont know how to come out from this problem,what is the proper way to ,to whom i want to concern,can any one help me please help.
