Carzonrent — Myles - self driving car service, taking the booking, cancellation after 4 hours of waiting at the pick-up point | |||||
Horrible service from myles car... It was already passed four hours from the booking time on 14 august 2016 and when we were standing right at the pick up location waiting for our car at 8.30, we were surprised by team myles that there is no car available and the booking stood cancelled. Myles seems to enjoy harassing their customers and ruin their plans on a long weekend. The hotel charged us for the cancellation, which i had to pay for on account of myles fault and mental harassment which we faced topped it all. I cant understand how they can do this even after committing the booking and without any communication of any cancellation until we reached at the pick up point of the car. The most third grade service by any self driven car company.#zoomcar kudos to you guys and would never come back to #myles.
