Hello sir. I had ordered a 32000mah sony powerbank worth rs. 999 with a bluetooth speaker free in it on 8th may 2018. I received the order on 17th may and when i opened the order i found a phillips 32000mah powerbank with a oppo bluetooth speaker packed inside a samsung box. The powerbank is a old and defective one and it's battery is getting discharged soon. I tried contacting the customer care number in the website but always got the answer that all agents are busy. I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me in getting my cash refund.
