The main issues customer service is very poor and loan statement they need to send very clear with postal address physical copy need to be send loan details.then the customer payments will be easier. Unwanted penalties are getting charged and no other loanmprovider charged like tjjis i n this COVID situvation . Need to provide some 20 days time frame from 1st till 20th which be easy to pay. Charging penalties, asking money to pay on 23rd, 24th, 25th sending emails and asking for money to pay and keeping CIBIL report down these all looks like unethical way if doing things never experienced Nodues certificate, .
