[Resolved]  Cashe — Delay in loan processing and disbursement CLN 7095898

Cashe saying it is instant loan app but not processing & disbursing from last 2 weeks.
I submitted loan application on January 25th, 2024. later, I was assured by one of your customer support executives on February 1st that the disbursement would be processed on the same day. However, it's been several days since then, and I have yet to receive any updates or confirmation regarding the disbursement of the loan amount.
I mailed several times, raised tickets, tried to call but all fails.

The delay in processing the loan disbursement has caused inconvenience and uncertainty on my end as I require it for urgent medical purpose.

I would appreciate it if it could expedite the disbursement process and funds are transferred at earliest convenience. Otherwise, I have to raised compliant in RBI for misleading advertisement & fake assurance.
