Cashe — EMI not autodebited yet and showing as over due. I had sufficient funds in my account they failed to auto debit
Cashe application cln [protected] i'm using since sep 2021. For october and november month they debited my emi on time thru ecs. Dec 16th is my last emi due date. Even though i had sufficient funds in my bank account. They failed to auto debit my emi. It has became a head ache for me. I wrote two times email to their support team with bank statement attached proving i had sufficient bank balance available. How ever they did not revert me yet sir.
Kindly look into this issue and help me out. They don't have any contact number also they are not responsive on support email provided. Unhappy with their services. I am asking them to debit my emi on time. They should understand this issue. They are not responding on chat not attached screenshot of email sent and response received on chat bot in their mobile application. I need this issue to address immediately sir.
