Cashe — formal complaint regarding harassment and unethical conduct

I am writing to complain about the recent conduct of your collection agents formally. Despite my prompt communication and partial payment towards my EMI, your agents have been contacting my family and friends, which is unacceptable and constitutes harassment.

While I understand the importance of resolving the outstanding payment, disturbing my family and friends is unprofessional and crosses a line. I request an immediate investigation into this matter and an end to such practices.

Requesting to stop messaging on whatsapp and calling continuously from my contact list. They are very offended with the way agents call. Despite me being answerable not sure why my contacts are being disturbed. Please stop it the emi’s will be paid, currently i am out of job. Once i settle the emis will be paid promptly
