I had taken loan from Cashe In march-2021 as i was very much need in cash for medical treatment for one of my relative as that it was global pandemic also, and I was really grateful to cashe team to help me when i needed the most, i have taken for 180 days loan with huge interest and deduction of loan amout post disbursement, i understand that employees can call to customer and remind them and tell them about loan repayment, which is absolutely normal as we have taken loan, due to loss of job and other financial issue i couldnt pay on time and requested that give me sometime, i will pay an emi amount along with an interestest charges per day, 2 months was bearable but this June Month was harrasment month for me, that lady from Mumbai location harassed me to an great extent and chose not to listen to my reasons and in her terms, my excuses, and constinuosly harassing to pay emi by hook or by crook and after responsding to her calls and chatting to her messages she called my refernces even on sundays and harassed them too saying that i am not answering the call which was a complete lie, without any process she continuously pinged me even i was out for some personal family matter, I never told her no, i said i vl pay but pls give me sometime, i requested, she was only concern about the emi, she was very unprofessional and rude to an extent and kept on harassing me like anything till the time i didnt pay my emi, i made the payment in parts, still she tortured me, I would like to know if this is process Cashe follow to recover money from the customer even they ask for the time and harass them, in turn they are charging triple interest which i am paying, i want to request that pls take action against such employees and if there is a process of harassing and recovering the money, then they should share documentation in written to customer that they have a right to harass the customer and tortured them like anything, then it is understood, but if they dont have a authority then some steps should be taken against such employees, I hope this will be considered as a fair decision Was this information helpful? |
