I have took a loan for Rs. 50.000/- In which I have paid 3 EMIs of Rs. 9020/- and another 3 is pending, They are calling and forcing me to pay it.

If I owe to them that the emi will be paid as it is my cibil not yours.

Then they will call my relatives parents, the neighbours which are already shifted (no longer our neighbour).

They hacked my phone, even calling the numbers which were not in my contact list, that means they are accessing my calls logs also.

I told the executive that I will pay the remaining amount, but I need some time to close it, but they are not listening to me at all now they will call my contacts tomorrow

I have already filed FIR against CASHe and some of my contacts has also filed complaint against CASHe for abusive and misbehave.

Now its upto you, as you already have 211 complaints and this is 212 complaint

    Hi due to some issue I missed to pay my emi. But in auto deduction it's happening for every one hour so now my account is in 5k minus. If I had I would have paid without Missing my emi I have requested in mail and in call but also. Really for need only we will take. First payment I have done. 2nd emi it became like this seriously it's hectic for me now 5k minus and emi amount. Stop auto debit.

      Dear concern

      I, ve own a loan from you company, unfortunately i missed my emi on due date due to some financial issues as exhausted grace period as well ..
      I understand i have own and i, ve to repay you people but it doesn't mean your agents could threat me from fake numbers at odd timings
      You people will charge penalty for my late payment and i will pay
      But what is reason for threatening that we will call to your reference and office number
      Same i am highlighting to competant authority for the same ..

            Dear team kindly resolve my issue on priority. As i am having a loan with your but that doesnt give any executive to misbehave with me. Before Disbursement one of your executive confirmed me that i have the relaxation to Pay my emi on 7/8th of next month but all that was a misselling onky because now your enployees are saying i am doing fake commitments and warning me they will take legal action,
            please arrange call back from senior as soon as possible
            i want to close the loan and give a negative review nd feedback about your company

              Its been over 1.5 years i have taken any loans from this app. Their apps is malicious too as they want your full contacts list and grabs unusual information from your linked google account and now they are spamming my phone with over 20 msgs a day to apply for loans on my number . [protected] and [protected]. I found no way to ask them to delete my data and to stop harassing me by sending msgs.

                Hello All,

                I have taken a Cashe loan and closed it on[protected] as the Interest rate is very high.

                They have shared NOC that loan has been closed and there is no due pending from my end.

                They have informed that it will update in CIBIL within 30-45days.

                When I check my CIBIL report it's showing as Loan is still active and showing the due amount as rs 32362/- to pay.

                This is not at all acceptable, Cashe is trying to cheat their customers all the time. I need immediate solution on this issue.

                else I will file a direct complaint.

                  I am writing this email in regards to harass and forcing me to make the payment . I took a loan from cashe finance, but due the current situation in this pandemic I’ve lost my job . I had a word with one of your executive from cashe named shalini i told her though I’m jobless so I won’t be able to pay, as soon as i get a job I’ll start the payment, she agreed to it. Yesterday one of the executives from the recovery team she is messaging me n mentally pressurising me to do the arrangements n make the payment . If I’m saying I’m jobless how can i make the payment. She’s threatening me that if I don’t make the payment i will be marked as defaulter n legal team will recover. I want to complain against this executive named regina her contact no : [protected].
                  I want a severe action to be taken against her, because you cannot force a customer to make the payment for a personal loan and especially in such situation.

                    As of now I have made payment on time but in bureau it's showing overdue of last two months. Please update right payment history from your side asap as its showing negative impact on my credit score.

                      Hi Sir,

                      I have taken loan amount of 2Lakhs(CASHe Loan Account No: [protected]) for 18months. During the initial disbursement they took advance interest and huge processing fees and insurance, then which I got only 1.78 L as the sanctioned amount.

                      When I ask for pre-closure, they are asking me to pay entire amount with all interest and they told there is no pre-closure options available.

                      They are not following any RBI guidelines. How can a NBFC company not allow pre-closure. I am in a big financial crisis, during this COVID -19. Such company should be punished.

                      Please look into this ASAP.

                        In Equifax credit report it shows wrong report which led loan rejection. There is loan account reported which I did not apply or took. But it shows default. Loan number CL522770 doesn't belong to me.

                          @CASHe Help Desk you have given n written on email on 10 April 2021 that it will be updated in 15 days, now it has been more than 15 days it is not resolved and you guys are asking me to wait for more 15 days.

                          Really disgusting service and pathetic customer experience, if it would have been your EMI pending you guys have harassed me by calling many times and would have not waited for 15 days. I will not wait for 15 days, Need a resolution on priority as you have spoiled by CIBIL and need NOC for the Loan account no CL505011 within 30 minutes.I am also registering the complaint with the RBI for harassing me and just misguiding the customer to wait for 15 days for CIBIL for 2 months.

                            Yes i have failed to repay my loan, but the way they have tried
                            ECS on daily basis is totally unacceptable . even i informed them that i will pay next week they tried ECS 4 times in between due to which my account was closed and charges also was levied and hence i decided not to pay single penny and now they are just messaging me like loan bharne ki aukat nai or chale loan lene from mobile number [protected] . is this behavior expected ?? . i want you to look into it and apology from the company for this kind of misbehavior and logde complaint against the person for the way he has sent message like this .

                              I've taken loan from Cashe, due to pandemic, I was not able to pay it. But I have given interest and small amounts. Then they came up with new partial payment but after choosing that they showed I have 2 loans from them. I've mailed but no response. I don't want to pay money which I have not taken so I didn't pay until they give answer about 2 loans. Suddenly their employee message me and said I have to pay 80000 something, I've taken loan of only 15000. I explained the situation but she denied to do any help. Even she threatened me to sending goons at my home. I've filled cyber complaint against them. I will not pay any amount till we get in to court, I have mailed to not contact me
                              But they called daily to my family and threatened them of sending goons.
                              I'm really getting stressed due to them, I feel depression.
                              What can I do?
                              Are they registered by nbfc or rbi? Can we file complaint against them?

                                Hi Sir,

                                I have taken loan amount of 4Lakhs(CASHe Loan Account No: [protected]) for 18months. During the initial disbursement they took advance interest and huge processing fees and insurance, then which I got only 3.35 L as the sanctioned amount. On top of that I already paid 2months EMI which is 31, 388x2=62778. So they have already procured 1.27L from me.

                                When I ask for pre-closure, they are asking me to pay 5Lakhs on top of 127, 776 and they told there is no pre-closure options available.

                                They are not following any RBI guidelines. How can I company not allow pre-closure. I am in a big financial crisis, during this COVID -19. Such company should be punished.

                                Please look into this ASAP.

                                  I am have taken a 40, 000 loan from cashe and I have already paid 20, 000 last month and I have delayed payment which has to be paid on 16-June-2021. Due to the pandemic situation, My family is facing a hard time and I am the only person who is earning in the family. I have told cashe that I will for sure pay by Saturday but they are saying that today will be my last day and if not, I would be moved to the defaulter list and threatening that they will call my references too. Can you please look into this issue and please give me time till Saturday. I will on Saturday for sure.

                                      I took loan in cashe CLN: [protected] principal due of 22000, on may i have requested settlement to [protected]@cashe.co.in reply received to pay amount of 22000(payment screen shot) to close the loan and will share noc in 7 days, paid on 29.05.2021 today is 22.06.2021 till now my payment has not credited in loan account am getting payment reminders and sms, when i send mail on 5th of june they said your waiver is under process with in 7 days will share the noc. screen shot enclosed.
                                      daily am sending email to [protected]@cashe.co.in no reply from them
                                      once in 2 days they are asking to send bank statement pdf and payment screen shot. all the required docs has send no solution
                                      for 22000 loan with late payment still showing as 91500/-.
                                      i want my loan to close and provide me the noc
