I have been a active customer of cashe since 4 years and I have closed all my previous loans within tenure and whenever I needed a loan cashe was best loan app but it has gone bad to worse ...I have applied on 5 dec 2023 and still amount not disbursed to my account post approval also...after several mails to cashe team for disbursement but they just reply with same auto generated mail for Every query... attached reply for reference
This is really annoying and disappointing service from a RBI registered NBFC...they don't even have a proper customer support rather than mail..and WhatsApp service also very pathetic..

Despite raising 3 to 4 tickets, I received the same auto-generated resolution stating that the loan is approved and pending with my bank. If you cannot process the loan amount, please communicate that instead of keeping people waiting for weeks with no resolution.

My loan is approved on 02 Feb 2024. I have not received the loan amount yet. I have sent multiple emails to the support and got only one response stating that there is some technical issue at bank’s end. The ETR was given 5 working days that is also completed yesterday. I have raised 2 more tickets but still did not receive any response on that. Please process the amount soon as I am in a medical emergency and need to run here and there for funds.

It's been almost a month where the loan has been approved but not disbursed. Can anyone provide a timeline or give an update by when the amount will be credited. I am chasing for a month but only getting automated response.

Its been 5 days now but till now its not done yet as I previously forclosure the amount but why its getting delayed and no proper response of emails
