[Resolved]  Cashe — Loan Approved But not Disbursed

I got an approved loan from Cashe of 20000 Rs. Its been 7 days since the approval and i have not the received the amount yet in my bank account.

I contacted the customer support but every time I get an automated message that the loan is approved but there is a technical glitch from bank's end and the amount will be credited in 5 working days.

I also tweeted about the issue wherein again i received an automated message the the funds shall be credited in 24-48 hours. Still it didn't happen.

I contacted the Grievance officer, but the number was invalid.

I have been a regular user of the app and have taken loan for 6-8 times and have also paid each of them well before the due dates.

This time I have been in urgent needs and the amount is stuck for so long.

There is no where I can go to seek an update. I request for immediate help and resolvent of the issue.
