CASHe Customer Care's response Dear Sanjay, You availed a loan from us on December 08, 2021, amounting to INR 44, 000/- for 180 days as per agreed terms and conditions of Co-Lender.
The said loan was payable in 6 instalments however you failed to repay since May, June 2022.
We also understand that you promised to pay multiple times, however, went on to default on subsequent EMI’s.
Under such circumstances, our collection team continued their follow up.
Since our internal team was unable to collect the money, we handed over the case to the collection agency.
Since you were non-responsive on calls, agency called one of your references to pass on our message for repayment. Please note that there was no harassment, or third party calls as claimed by you however we would appreciate if you could share any details to investigate into your complaint.
We apologize for the unpleasant experience you had with our external follow-up team. We are grateful to you for bringing this to our notice. CASHe as an organization does not promote any action that hampers customer satisfaction. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused, if any.
