Cashe — Settlement fraud related

I have done the settlement payment of loan account
CLN# [protected]
But still its shows overdue in my application they haven't provide me the NOC letter its been more then 45 days they always revert wait for 7 to 10 days the agent who made me do the payment has blocked me from everywhere I have chats or settlement letter everything
