Cathay Pacific Airlines — extremely traumatic and pathetic experience from cathay pacific

My mother had an extremely traumatic and pathetic experience from cathay pacific airlines cx897

First of all, my flight was delayed due to technical fault or something else. On top of that, i've to wait at the cx 897 for more than 3 hour due to breakdown or something else. On the plane, crews member don’t gave any breakfast to eat and drink to water. I totally spend my money useless.
Oct 2, 2017 we have a flight from lax to hong kong and hong kong to delhi (India) on 3rd oct 2017.
But :
1. Don’t ask for a breakfast in lax cx 897.
2. Diverted to tpe without any notification or information.
3. In tpe, no vegetarian food was not provided even passenger was hungry and crew members told we don’t have enough to serve meals.
4. No updated until cx897 flight was reached at hong kong airport.
5. In hong kong no food provided even flight was delayed and missed.
6. In singapore, air india ai 381 seats was uncomfortable and horrible and having pain in back.
7. Trip delay 13 hours

Please refund my ticket money.
At last i will not travel in cathay pacific airlines in future because of your services.
