Its further to today discussion had with you over the phone no. [protected] with tanuja in customer service dept. and desired email once again for the same matter. pls find attached the tailing email.
Pls have a look and close this asap and help to chase the culprits.

Pls have a look on appended matter need your help and urgent and hard action on this.
This is a fraudulent transaction matter for rs 35000/- which has been executed today 11.40 to 11.48 am have been done from citi bank credit card no. 5546-xxxx-xxxx-8380 pls don't claim for this amount to citi bank against this transaction.
Fir copy attached for the said matter for your reference.
Pls revert asap.

Today again i have again forwarded all complaint emails on your email ids after verbal discussion and email request.

Yesterday and today email copy shared on below email ids.

Pls look into the matter immediately and get this closed ASAP.

Money has debited twice while doing online payment ..and opposite party was aicte-gpat ..so request you to resolve the problem and refund the amount as soon as possible..
