CC Avenue — transaction failed but amount debited

Dear sir,

I have saving bank account no. [protected] at union bank of india, prem nagar, district-dehradun, uttarkhand, pin-248001. Earlier on 11th july 2017 at around 11:00 am in the morning i tried to withdraw rs. 7000 from atm id near power house, p remnagar but the transaction failed with error and the balance had been deducted. The transaction cannot be completed. When i used another nearby atm, i was surprised to see that for both the attempts at atm, transaction charges of rs. 24 have been debited from my account, thus incurring on me a loss.

I have submitted the complaint in customer care & my complaint number is[protected] in 12 days of complaint in union bank of india bank & customer care to approve the complaint & didn't get any response so please help me to refund the amount in my account
