[Resolved] Ccavenue — bharat gas booking payment status showing pending

I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 23/10/2018 and made online payment using sbi debit card. Amount ₹ 931.50/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue on pos is 81800518 at utilitiescc txn#[protected]. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction get failed.

Thanks for resolving the problem I just provided my email address by signing into the consumer complaint And in mins its been solved I have checked the status n its clear now

I tried to book the Bharath gas cylinder through online using Bharath QR code and my money got debited immediately and it is showing transaction failed .
