Subject : failed (Cash not received) atm transaction. Dear sir, My daughter and son named shreya singh and shresh singh have account in your bank at parasia. Both are studying at bhopal and for them i submit the required amount in their account from my account at sbi through net banking for their expenses. Usually they withdraw the amount by atm card at bhopal. But as per last few transaction they have not received the amount from atm and money is deducted from their account. The details are given below. 1. Name : shreya singh Name ofbank : central bank of india, parasia branch Account no : [protected] Atm card no : [protected] Transaction failed : rs.3500/- and rs.2000/- := total rs.5500/- 2. Name : shreyash singh Name ofbank : central bank of india, parasia branch Account no : [protected] Atm card no : [protected] Transaction failed : rs.1400/- The above transaction have been done in following banks atm’s at bhopal between 1.00 am to 1.30 am on dated 01.06.2016. This is because of money was not received and amount is deducted from account hence different banks atm attempted by him for withdrawal. 1. Idbi bank atm, 2. Canara bank atm, 3. Panjab nation bank atm, 4. Hdfc bank atm. You are requested to look into the matter and failed amount (Rs.3500/-, rs.2000/- and rs.1400/-) may be submitted to respective accounts at the earliest.
