I have submitted all the concerned documents to your local Mundra branch on 09.07.21 against PMJJBY death claim of my son Mr. Mehul Sharma, who was expired on 15.05.21 due to Covid 19 & as informed by RM office Rajkot, the same file was duly verified & forwarded to concerned LIC office within due time

But regret to inform that, neither I have received the claim nor any latest status/query about the same from the bank branch. In addition, as per existing system/website we are unable to track about the same, So kindly look into the matter & arrange to release the same or inform about further processing of time.

Updated by Shrikant_1960 Sorry to say, Worst bank customer services, seen so ever.. Inspite of copy of similar mail dt. 23.09.21 attached & various follow up, no reply or response frrom Central Bank of India senior Team.

Complaint pertaibns to PMJJY INSURANCE, OUR BANK HAS LODGED THE CLAIM IS PENDING WITH LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATIION OF INDIA, REFER MASTTER TO LIC. In view of above requested to close the complaint.
