Central Bank Of India — transaction failed, amount deducted but not refunding | |
I was booking ticket from IRCTC website on 25/03/2020. I used PhonePe app for paying but the transaction failed. The amount was deducted from my account but was not credited back. It's been 11 days since the transaction. Both PhonePe and IRCTC has said that the Bank has to credit back the deducted amount. I have called and emailed multiple times but there has been no response from the Bank. So kindly REFUND the amount back in my account.
