Central Bank Of India — Refund fail transaction amount

I am customer of central bank of india having account no.[protected] with b/o lakhimpur kheri.
I have two grievances .
first, i wants to remit rs5000/ via paytm to my daughter as gift on 12/08/2026, paytm reporting that transaction upi ref no.[protected] failed even though my account debited, this amount not refunded till now.

second, i want to submit my grievance through cent eez, their are menu "help & grievances". all menu are functioning well except "help &grievance" . it consuming our lot of time but i failed to submit my grievances to the bank.

process to refund my money debited.
advise your cent eez team to activate all menu or delete the menu don't expose yourselve that you are customer friendly.
