[Resolved] Central Bank Of India — Regarding refund of amount in my bank account, during online transaction failed | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam On dated 28 11 2016 i used my debit card for online recharge on www.paytm.com But due to technical reason my recharge not done and amount deducted in my bank account, I contact customer support of PayTm for refund my amount Rs 495 but they said that refund has been made by concern bank. I many times contact to Central Bank of india but they not give any responce on my query, and after 24 days ago my amount of Rs 495 not refunded in my bank account. Dec 22, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved After filing my complaint on this website i received two fraud calls from number +9118002001911, +917321081564 on my mobile.
The callers are asking about my debit card details like card number, CVV, OTP etc.
So Please all to be careful. Central Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
