I am Tamish Sinha of class 8 B .Our games teacher, Alimpan sir, is very rude to juniors and beats them up . We cannot stand against him and so he takes our advantage . He'll listen to each and every senior because if they complain about him, he'll lose his job . He always speaks in vernacular with all the seniors . He hates those juniors who have a lot of things against him . Pls get him out of our school or else he'll not leave us and remain as a nightmare for all o[censored]s students !! I student of jai academy is telling about the illegal activities occuring in my school "Jai Academy".The school is giving non going education to children of class 11th&12th.School is also doing non going education for class 10th for some students.The environment of school is very bad.The students whom the school gives non going are not able to study at home and school staff is not ready to take students in school and taking full fees as well for 10th class non going.

I would like to submit that new arya public school at address 135 kakrola dwarka new delhi is not abiding to guidelines and following issues are submitted for your persual.
1. given addmission to approx 50 student per class.
2. The principal i.e. Mrs. Geeta never ever comes to school instead her father is handling.
3.The teachers are paid even less than 10000 ruppees.
4. School does not...

It's complaint against dav public school pakhowal road ldh that from each class of 12 standard 5-6 students are allowed to stay at home and their present will be marked but other students have to come regularly...
Moreover they are not giving break to them for studying
Instead of choice in project and model they have to do both the things
And i think this is discrimination that 5 students can stay home

This is to bring your notice to atrocities being faced by teachers, students and parents by Hiranandani Upscale School (HUS), Chennai managed by Hiranandani Foundation.

School director has been continuously abusing the national anthem, national leaders, teachers, students, and is implementing unethical and illogical practices in school.

We have tried to solve the situation amicably by inviting discussions and sending Hiranandani management numerous emails and registered post but no luck. Here is the quick overview of prevailing situation.


1. Loss of Education - Hiranandani management closed school abruptly on Tuesday, 1-Nov-2016 in the middle of session without any appropriate reason which is severely impacting education continuity of students, and there is a greater risk to X and XII grade students with pre-boards approaching soon. They initially closed the school for 2 days day i.e., 2nd and 3rd Nov and then we got another message that school will remained closed till 6th. We don’t know if school will reopen on 7th Nov or will remain closed for more time.

2. Degrading CBSE Reputation – CBSE has been treated in derogatory manner and school director keeps making unacceptable statements on CBSE board and CBSE education standards. School director is pushing to move students from CBSE to IGCSE if parents want better education for their kids, which is more driven by expensive school fees for IGCSE and the higher school profits than education quality.

3. Deteriorating Teacher Conditions - No teachers have been appointed for most part of the year for CBSE. The major reason is that teachers are not willing to join because of continuous harassment faced by them when teaching CBSE curriculum. Teacher are not given materials to teach properly, or encouraged to follow teaching standards and have teacher training as mandated by CBSE. There has been complaints of sexual harassment incidents as well.

4. Insulting Indian Education System - CBSE students/teachers are continuously getting insulted by director. He keeps making poor remarks on Indian education system, and ridicules students and teachers likewise.

5. Anti-National Activities - Director appointed by school continuously makes anti-Indian remarks and insulted the pictures of freedom fighters Mahatma Gandhi and APJ Abdul Kalam. School director made fun of Indian National Anthem in school premise and made a remark on republic day that it is such a “sad day”.

6. In-humanity - The director refused to let children’s use restrooms during class time and this is not even an exception for the girls during their biological emergency. The actions are completely inhuman and immoral.

7. Non-compliance - As directed by education board, CBSE & IG should be operating in different buildings which has not been followed by school, and preference is given to IGCSE students which is developing inferiority among CBSE students.

8. Sodexo Food Enforcement – School management is trying to enforce Sodexo Food at a premium price mandatory for all students with justification that they want to give healthy food to students. This decision was put on hold after PTA got court stay order for the same. School management later started distributing free Sodexo Food to attract kids which includes ‘Samosa’ and other fried items, which not only breaches parents authority to provide appropriate food to their kids based on individual kid’s health condition, allergies and cultural beliefs, but also the food provided by school management is no way a healthy food.

9. Lack of cooperation from Hiranandani school management - Hiranandani school management is neither coming forward to discuss with teachers and parents, nor are they responding to any of the communications. They are neither trying to probe into any of the complaints and we have heard that all directions to School Director are coming from Hiranandani management.

10. Dummy PTA – School PTA was formed with proper elections conducted by school management but PTA was later told that they are dummy body and that school management is not under obligation to consider any of their request and suggestions. PTA requested to meet up with management and director multiple times to amicably sort the issues but were refused out-rightly.


We need your help to have thorough investigation of this, and help us set the proper education standards and protocols in HUS.

All we want is just to have school reopen immediately and function to the best of CBSE standards, so that students don’t suffer on their education and future. We also want PTA to be empowered to have discussions with Hiranandani school management to amicably resolve any issues from time to time, and to have current HUS director being removed who is continuously discouraging Indian culture, CBSE board, teachers and students.

We sincerely look forward for your quick support in this regard as our kids and entire education system is on stake. Appreciate all your help in anticipation.

Sir, my mother's name is anupama garg, which was previously shortly written as anu garg and this was same was reflected till 5th class. But during my admission in 6th class in 2012, my mother's name (Anupama garg) was changed in admission form and since then it has been reflected upon in all the school documents, and same has been reflected upon my id card too. But in 9th class, during the form registration i notified the school about the name change 4 times but they ignored and now in 10th class i again notified them again thrice and at last when i refused to sign on any further form, they asked for 1000 rupees, saying that its cbse demand, and guidelines, sir kindly look after this matter, as despite my constant reminders and notifications to school no name has been changed in my 10th admit form and it matters a lot for me and my career.

Our teacher Mr. Sudhir gets angry but not listen to any excuses...one day when some children of our class before diwali burn out crackers...he come to the class and start beating everyone with his stick...
He was so mixed with anger that he even beated the innocent ones ... he is a teacher of maths in our school..and we cant complaint without any proof ..we please you to take some action.

I am a student of class 12 of ratan lal phool katori sr sec school mathura and this session is about to end but my school has still not given me my high marksheet which was sent back for correction due to mistake made by the school. They have kept telling me to wait for the last one and half year, they are not doing anything to solve this problem and as i am about to pass out school i am really worried.
Please solve this issue and provide me with my marksheet.

I want to complaint that in Simigo international school they are cutting the one Marx for two mistakes in exam and as per my knowledge according to CBSE norms for 4 mistake one Marx should be cut ...we had talk so many tym with principal regarding this tht our children are in board (10) class and it will effect their result but she us not ready to listen to us ..in social science also they are cutting down Marx for spelling mistakes ...ple help us to give propr guideline and if we r right take the action against school.

I am the student of class 10th kanpur public school chakeri, kanpur, i would like to inform you that there are no teacher for physics, hindi, the management is not taking interest in recruiiting the teacher & they try to manage it with the make shift teacher every now & then teachers of various subjects are not available, they force us to purchase books &copies from school book shop which are very costly they often force us to purchase private publication work books which are not of ncert & often they are costly not less than 400 Rs.Kindly look into the matter seriously & save us from these type of harrasment.

I had made payment of examination fee of IITJEE-2015 against application number 50024116, through ICICI challan. The amount was not reflecting against the application so I was suggested to make payment once again. The extra amount was suppose to get refunded to my account. Despite of my several follow ups, the amount is still not refunded and its already 2 years. Even I have never received any reply from the customer care through email or on call. When I tried to the helpline number no one answered my call, if answered the phone is placed on the desk (no one talks). I tried contacting on email many time but no one replies the queries. I am student of st. Marys sen. Sec. School sujanpur pathankot. I want to express that i was playing basketball in school, suddenly son of chairman (Munish pawa) with his friend and started joking with me and when i joked with him, munish pawa caught my coller and both of them stated beating me. When i complaint to authority of school chairman is not in mood to take action towards his son. So, i want you should take serious action towads this incident because they beated me very badly and this is happening 2nd time inside the school even when no other person is allowed to come in school except students

I passed class 10 under CBSE in the year 2015 from sri CHAITANYA vidyaniketan visag. Presently I am in class 12 second year. In the class 10 passed documents the surname of my father and mother is missing which was overlooked by me
My father is illiterate and since I was in the hostel no one told me the importance of this mistake not even school authority.
Now I feel this will create a problem in my higher studies. I approached to the school but it has already more than 1 year passed. As per the recent CBSE rule school principal is telling this is not possible.
Nobody is helping, school advised me to go to the board and board Helpline showing me the recent circular

They have formed a group and some of them have gained higher posts also so they misuse their posts and they make sure that we students don't get passed in all subjects, they plays dirty politics in bringing us down in eveybody else"s eyes, so if sir there is something you can do for us then we will bw greatful to you for your this kind act thankue. We the students of DIWAKAR MODEL SCHOOL of class 11th are being harrassed and pressurised by some male teachers some of the names are mentioned- KRISHANU SEN GUPTA, ANURAG TYAGI AND R.P SHARMA. We are all passed in these subjects but still are pressurised by the teachers .they sometimes use slang languages for the students and there is no norm in cbse that pass students have to give retest.In one of these male teacher KRISHANU SEN GUPTA have fake degree of english.Sir please we need your help please sir .Even our school authorities are not helping us out and they also are harrassing us.Please sir we will be highly obliged i[censored] help us .please sir please.the address of the school is given below

Hello Sir, regarding implementing tab system to student at early stage .This is one of the biggest scam as they are charging 10K from each student with 25 branches in Bangalore alone.With repeated strikes, Media intervention Management is forcefully implementing .looking your intervention to resolve this as not taken any concurrence from association.

1)CBSE is on a wonderful journey of success. This complaint is for many schools. There is no checking of quality of teachers in school by CBSE. St Thomas Indirapuram one of the worst schoo example. Class 11 physics teacher has fake degree and school doesn't listen our complaints. We make humble Request to CBSE to have a look at education system in schools.

2) Another problem by CBSE is that it doesn't regulate the fees structure of schools. Schools now have digital teaching system known as smart class. Monthly 500 rs. Is taken from us but children report that it has been over a year for them for last time they watched it. This means they are eating our money

My friend's son is studying 10th class at army public school in mumbai. He wishes to opt for board exam. He is a civilian ward. The school puts some restrictions. The undertaking reads"...in case the child is appearing for board based exams, his / her admission to class xi will be considered afresh as per awes guidelines. Streams will be allocated purely on merit and as per the order of priority... Among those who take board based exams, preference will be given to wards of army personnel posted at the station, wards of retired army, navy, air force and civilians will be considered only if a vacancy exists". It seems that the school is putting restriction on the students to opt for state exam rather than board exam. This is against the spirit of free will of the student. It is also against the provisions of the competitive commission, the erstwhile mrtpc act. Kindly guide us as to how we can thwart the attempt of the school in restricting the freedom of the student. I would be obliged if the schools is directed accordingly.
