Sub.:- reimbursement of honorarium & ta da expenses as observer for aipmt held on 1st may 2016 not received.

As per the letter no - f.1 (7)/cbse/aipmt/obsvr-p[protected]/2016/[protected]/ dated 12.04.2016, (Copy attached) i was appointed as observer for the said entrance test.

My place of duty was jaipur (A) (640-a) and centre superintendent was ms. Suniti sharma, principal m. G. D. Girls school, jaipur.

I performed the duties as an observer on 1st may 2016 at kendriya vidyalaya no. 4 located at jotwara, jaipur. The principal of the school was ms. Pragati sharma.

Pertaining to the subject matter, i had written a letter with mentioned attachments was send to the addressee by speed post on 06.07.2016 and the speed post challan no is eg27648649oin. The same is received at your end

I had send the original claim form as provided along with all original bills by speed post on 6th may 2016 from mehsana, gujarat to the addressee. The challan no is eg[protected]in

The correspondence received from city coordinator, jaipur received via email on 11.07.2016, which says that the list of observers, who performed duties send to delhi contained wrong name of mr dinesh mittal instead of my name.

Till writing this letter, i have not received any reimbursement in the mentioned bank account of the claim form.

Kindly look in to the matter and arrange for release of the reimbursement as claimed by me.

PHYSICALLY: we are punished for 7 hrs as we have to stand without any support continusely and we are beaten by using a stick as in winter month beaten by stick on legs our legs get very difficulity but we doesnt get relief
MENTALLY:we are asked to pay rupees 50 for board roll no. as we pay theboard fee 1150 rupeeand said that i[censored] not give this we will give you C grade in life skill column which will damage your life and proved be a costly to you and day boarding school is giving homework also for home

WHY SCHOOL IS TORCHRING US:
we went to a marriage with permission of our family on marriage of friends uncle and 50 holidays are alloyed to is but on 30 holidaus we are going to be fined and punished
More teachers of some subjects are also not provided
teaches are using mobile phone continusely in classes to call or click pics
we are torched that roll no . also not alloted to you
if we speak to authority we said tat you will be resticated

Dear Sir/Mam,
I would like to mention that I have a 4 years long association with Kidzee wherein my daughter started her schooling with playgroup at Kidzee Udhampur, J&K in year 2014.
After which due to exigencies involved in my service we were shifted to Chennai and my daughter started her schooling with Kidzee Dhandeeswaram (SRC-2581) at Senior KG Level from Aug 2016.
As initially explained by school staff (Ms. Bhuvna) we made initial payment of INR 16, 030 which included-Child Kit Fees and the exaggerated fees for the month of August, 2016.
Bhuvna also explained to us, as we are making a Kidzee to Kidzee transfer wherein we have already paid partial fees at the previous school (KIdzee, Udhampur) for the month of July, 2016. Hence from September, 2016 onwards we have to pay only the term-II (Sep-Mar) fees as per school fee structure of INR 17, 250which we paid without any faulter in the first week of September.
In between the month of January, 2017 school asked for INR 2000 for annual day function which is scheduled for 2nd of April, 2017 which I deposited on 21st of January, 2017 in cash.
Everything was going fine till the time my wife developed some medical issue & was advised bedrest wherein I planned to shift them to Ghaziabad, U.P.
Accordingly, I spoke to the Kidzee branch in Ghaziabad and made school owner Safia speak to the Coordinator out there about the same and the required documentation (TC, transfer of fees, etc). To which both the schools agreed.
On 2nd of Feburary, 2017 when I went to pick my daughter from school in the afternoon, school owner Safia called me inside the school to discuss TC formalities. To my surprise, she told me that I have to pay her INR 6000 more for the TC of my daughter but then after explaining all the facts to her she requested for my bank account details for online transfer of 1.5 months fees+annual day deposit of INR 2000. Safia also agreed that it was the fault of the receptionist (Ms. Bhuvna) wherein she faulted in explaining the fee structure to us.
However, on 4th of February, 2017 school staff Ms. Bhuvna, called me to the school to discuss the same wherein she told me that the school owners have told either she should explain me and convince me in going by their logic or otherwise Bhuvna will have to pay from her salary the defaulted amount to me. I explained clearly that I will not be paying additional amount as I have already paid full fees from August, 2016 till March, 2017 as demanded by the school when my child joined the school. On this Bhuvna admitted her mistake but still wanted me to not to ask for any refund.
When I mentioned that this is wrong and I will file a Police complaint against this, then Bhuvna stated “that the refund of INR 6312 (1 ½ months fees 4312 and annual day fees 2000) will be given back to me in cash in next 2 days”.
On 9th of February, 2017 I went to collect my daughter’s photographs (around 1 PM) for the term from Bhuvna, she then asked me to come to school between 2-3 PM to check TC documents.
I went around 2:30 PM where Bhuvna handed me set of documents, and to my surprise when I went through documents I noticed that school has given a letter stating that they will refund INR 275 and shockingly the 2000 INR given for the annual day was included in the fees by them.
When I questioned this amount, then Bhuvna stated clearly to speak to the owner and provided me with the number of Mr. Sadiq.
I called Sadiq and on taking call he just started blaming stating I and my wife have fooled the receptionist in going by our theory and charging less fees which itself is hilarious and difficult to digest.
I collected all the documents and went to the Velachery Police Station to file complaint against the school. Then Police called Bhuvna and Safia to the station, on questioning by the police rep both the ladies started lieing in front of the Police rep and blamed that it is my mistake that I am unable to understand that I still have to pay more.
When I clearly mentioned that I am ready to take this to higher authorities of the Kidzee fraternity also, to my surprise Safia clearly stated that “I can go to the CEO of the Kidzdee or anybody else no money will be returned.” As Inspector was not there in the station the meeting of both the parties is scheduled depending on the availability of the same. On coming out of station, Safia threatened me stating that her husband ‘Sadiq’ is not there otherwise he would have been really upset and consequence would not be good for me. I cannot believe that she is in education sector running a school, threatening parents, etc.
I have few questions which I want you to introspect and come to logical reasoning on the same:
Ø If my child would have continued in this school till the end of semester this issue would have never arised and whatever fees I have paid would have sufficed for the semester?
Ø How can I and my wife fool school staff members (who are very well equipped in calculating and collecting monthly fees) in taking less fees from us?
Ø Are schools/people running schools under Kidzee name accountable to anybody? As Safia (Owner) clearly stated that I can go to CEO of Kidzee but nothing will happen.
Ø I would also like to seek clarification on by Kidzee to threaten the parents on asking for refund?

The same thing i bought to the notice of Kidzee headoffice at Mumbai. They arranged a call from there regional team, who are I am in touch with for last 3 weeks. They are trying to get away with the situation and every time i call them ask for 1-2 days more to resolve the issue.

Sir/Mam, Out here the question is of principles and making sure that these things should not happen with anybody and nobody should be facing such situations which puts a question mark in today education systems.

Sir my son studying in the mount carmel school at wadsa desaiganj dist gadchiroli maharashtra (cbse affiliation no. ) in xth standered during 2016-17 . It is a in single school city categories but center alloted for the examination xth std. 2017 at scholl of scholars Gadchiroli which is about 65 km from the school location.
this is very difficult for us to send our child to travel such a more distance during hightime of examination.
moreover there is no connectivity by railway only road connectivity is available to reach at alloted center. this definatly a wrong decesion taken by the board with respect to the inconvenience of our child during high time of examination.
i am requesting you please let us know why such decesion taken by the board?

My daughter studying in R P Vasani international school, naroda Ahmedabad in 2nd slandered and we had paid full term fees upto March2017, but now school are demanding next year[protected] fees now so when we raised the issue they roudly said if you will not pay fee in advance will terminate your child and not promote in next std. so we are very worried about our child education, and don't want to discontinue her admission in the school I personally met with principal (Mrs. jyoty)but theay are also say the same thing if you want to continue your child in the sachool you have to pay fee in advance.

Every year they are taking fees in april onward with PDC cheque but now management want demanding fees before 2month ago. so this is very unfair for parents this is last financial month and recently we had faced demonetization situation so recently fees payning condition is not in our comfort zone.

so request to kindly take fair decision and give us justice because so many parent are disappointed with this decision of the school.

Sri Sundaravalli School is located in Chennai and has branches in Chromepet and Perungalathur. The school is making school transport compulsory from the year 2017-18 and they do not want to entertain any mode of private transport. But working parents and parents with economic issue will find it difficult to cope up with the School transport as the school transport is costlier by 3 times. We will have to spend a minimum of 32000 per year per kid for school transport alone. Even for a shorter distance of 2 KM they charge this huge amount. If we are not able to take up school transport we are being threatened by the correspondent that the students will be stopped at the gate and not allowed inside. I don't find it logical to force rules on parents outside school premises.

This is to inform you that I was a student of Govt. Sr. Sec. School Bambooflat (07419) South Andaman and have passed All India Secondary School Education 2016 from Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE), Chennai. After having passed the examination I have received Grade Sheet Cum Certificate of Performance and Migration Certificate as detailed below:

On perusal of the above certificates it has been observed that the Initial and spelling in the name of my Parents have wrongly typed. The correct spelling and name of my Parents are as follows:

Name of the Father : D.Kodanda Rao (typed incorrectly as B.Kodanda Rao in the certificates)

Name of the Mother : D.Damayanthi (typed incorrectly as D.Damyanthi in the certificates)

I, therefore, requested to Govt. Sr. Sec. School Bambooflat, South Andaman (07419) with relevant documents to check my Parents name in Admission Register and Transfer Certificate after perusing the records it is found that the School authorities had made a mistake while sending the names for registration, however, i had been intimated that soon they will rectify the errors with CBSE, Chennai by sending the copies of Admission Register and Transfer Certificate with prescribed form now more than six months have been passed but still i dint received any phone call or letter regarding my name correction i have been continuously asking school authorities they simply blame CBSE, Chennai has to do the needful what we people can do, now i am in need of submitting my certificates for applying jobs in "AIR FORCE". It is my humble request to do the needful.

I therefore request u to kindly issue necessary instructions to Govt. Sr. Sec. School Bambooflat, South Andaman (07419) to look into this matter as early as possible for this i will be highly grateful towards your kindness.

Sir, i an the student of the sanskar the public school. We selected board examination for our 10claass for our career. Our principle take decision, force us to take homeboard and fill the form for homeboard without telling us when 18days are left that he fill the form of homeboard for us. Sir i want to take board examination. What should i do now?

Cbse Bhubaneswar do not picks up the phone, no matter how many times we call them.
The problem is not only mine but also of every person who tries to contact cbse bhubaneswar
Most of the people is contacting them for issue of the revised marksheet of class 12th and they are not even picking up the phone.
They are playing with my future.I will loose my job.Someone please help!!

I am Ankul Kumar and living In Noida Ext. U.P., I did admission of my daughter in 2015 in CBSC school (VISHAL INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, Affiliation Number: 2131122). Last year school increase fee about 50% and this year increase fee about 100%, every year they increase fee if we ask what is the reason for it they told you can leave your ward from school we will increase fee.
School also selling Notebook, bugs etc... on MRP and its compulsory to purchase from school, which are double from market price.
There is no facilities for drinking water.
If we want to meet the management for these issues but management not agree to meet the patents.
I request you please do action for school, it’s not become SHOP

I am sujeet r. n mourya and living in nagpur maharashtra, i did admission of my 2 daughters in cbsc school, but school also selling notebook, bugs, socks, shoes etc... on mrp and its compulsory to purchase from school, which are double from market price and shoes are around 3-4 costly from market price
I request you please do action for school, its not become shop

And which school selling above mention products, its only available on one shop, school staff said purchase from that shop or in school, if i try to found that product any other shop, i not got that shoes in other shop

Most respectfully i want to say after ending the session 2016 most of school stop sports activities because of new format of exam and there are no focus of sports.Many sports teacher terminated or leave the schools because there is no scope of sports then how can we accept our india improve in sports.Its very serious matter sir if possible please do something about spots.School level sport make good player.CBSE should be focused many person job less by the end of seasion.I had seen many schools they totelley focused on acadamic.

My son vedaant saksena is appearing in class 12 th with commerce stream in cbse board examination from indore. M. P.. He is also appearing in nchmct enterance examination which is schduled on 29th april 2017 at bhopal m. P..in the revised timetable of 12th boards exams enterpreneurship paper is also kept on 29 th april. Due to this my son will not be able to give nchmct exam held on same date, and his one year will be wasted. There are thousands of students who are facing the same problem and will not be able to give nchmct exams, thus a full year will be wasted. Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful, so that students will not loose one full year.

It has come into the notice that some Govt aided schools are sending the temporary teachers for taking practical exams which is not authentic vas per. CBSE norms
There should be a column
Whether the employ temporary or. Permanent
If it is done there may not be irregularity
Kindly take action in this regard

My two daughters are studying in St. Theresa's Girls School Piplani Bhopal, I had paid complete fee of my one daughter but few months fee still pending of my second daughter, to my second daughter came home and asking why did't paid my fee my sister ROSY(principal) stopped me and not permitted to give exam, I am very upset that, government running many schemes like "BETI BACHAO BETI PADHAO" but these situation shows actual trend, and private schools are not taking any interest on that and any fear that RIGHT TO EDUCATION ACT is also there, so I requested that kindly suggest me what I have to do on this situation.

The school is not conducting FA and SA1 to all students, they just give the question paper and ask them to write answer and submit. The give grace marks to whom ever they like. A student who is not capable of scoring even in single digit is getting A1. the teachers are being bribed in this school. this is happening this year 2016-17. i request you to please check and give the deserving students marks. They are spoiling our life.

This is a highly charging school in my neighbourhood.
The school provide awkward sports ground.It is just a place cleared out of latex plantation.
No proper ground readying works committed.
Infact it is unsafe for students to play/compete in this ground.If they fall, grievous injury is sure.
I am expecting the authority might make some steps to rectify this error.Or cancel their affiliation

I mother of Maithili studying in class X of St. Marys English medium school in Udupi, Karnataka would like to say that the school has yet not completed the portion and has started mid term preparatory exams( this test are back to back without any holidays & same pattern they have been following).
The main point of attention is without proper completion of portion the children have been warned by principal, that any child who fails in any subject must (mandatory) to join school tutions after school hours & some of the students have even asked to continue in their college compulsorily that has recently started.
Request your urgent intervention asap.

Worst experience with this School, they provided form for Class-1 with 600/-, but not selected even one student. Really doubt whether have any intention to take any student for Class-One or not. My kid studying in Usha Martin School (which also follow CBSE curricular) has seated for exam for Class One only, and as per the Gateman (we not even allowed to talk to there any staff) every one seated for class one exam has failed to qualify, out of 27 student, which is in my sense not possible. They don't even bother to talk to any parent. Not even provide any feedback.
