I am student of holy hearts educational academy.my schools are giving admissions to those students who have got 6.6 and below CGPA in Science stream but latest circular of cbse states that atleast 8 CGPA is required for science stream.Students of less CGPA in my school are less interested in studies and destroy the environment of study and carrier by using abusive languages in class and teachers are not taking any action aganist them, infact they are unaware of CBSE circulars.Please take strict action against this action of school and help to secure future of other students.

Poor marking in physical education answer book reducing the overall percentage of a student effecting the admissions in professional colleges. I CBSE roll no. 2695566 got 84 marks in physical education and on getting a copy of the answer sheet observed that atleast 10 marks have been deducted due to wrong checking which has effected my overall percentage and the probable rank to be given by CBSE. No provision for rechecking of this paper which is an integral part for allotting the All India Rank. However there is a provision for revaluation of other subjects leading to injustice to the students. For natural justice the provision for revaluation for physical education be allowed.

Hi i was studying in mes indian school Doha Qatar Due to some financial problems i was unable to take admission in 11th grade at the tym of admission. I am happy with my result of this year of class 10th but my cgpa is less and no schoool in qatar is giving me admission in commerce stream they need atleast 8.0 cgpa for it and i got 6.8 because of math my cgpa went down and now i am not able to study so i request you to incerase my cgpa till 8.0 so i get admission in any of the school Roll No:8109887 D.O.B:05/08/1999 I will be very much thankful to you i[censored] upgrade my cgpa till 8.0

This is regarding the school admission for my kid in "DAV Adambakkam School" (Sree Nandeeswarar Campus Adambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, Contact Office :[protected]. We have given a request letter to the school for an admission for both my kids (II std - U.Kaviya Varshini and LKG - U.Pranav Adhithya). My younger kid got selected for LKG on 1st Mar15 and the fees intimation was informed to remit the fees within 2 days from the announcement date. While the written test was conducted for my elder kid for II std and the result was published on 29th Mar15. After the selection announcement, we were trying to meet principal to explain the situation but we were not allowed to meet and was told to pay the fees within the cut-off date. Considering the situation and was very confident on my elder kids admission, we paid the fees and was waiting for the test for my elder kid. Unfortunately my elder kid was not selected. I have/had met Education Director 3 times to get an admission for my daughter too but were informed that she cannot be admitted. As an outcome of this we were not able to admit both the kids together in same school. In due course of my efforts we got the admission for my both kids is other school. As on out come of this i approached DAV school requesting them to refund the fees money which was remitted earlier. Without any option, I have requested them to refund the fees Rs. 53, 500/- collected towards my son's LKG selection (Fees break up, by DD-241327, Rs.14, 520/- and by Cash Rs. 39, 000/-). We have not received the bills and do not have the break up of this collected fees. Education Director advised us to meet principal regarding the fees refund. Till this date 10th June we are not able to meet them nor there is any communication from school. I have sent an letter to Principal (Mrs.Geetha) requesting for the refund through register India Post (1st time B RT[protected]IN, dtd. 30/04/2015 and 2nd time B RT[protected]IN dtd.19/06/2015)) and also went directly to school for more than 20 times in addition to 100s of calls. We have been neglected and did not got any proper reason. I have requested them that there is no loss for the school, as many of the kids are still waiting for an admission and even, I have also agreed to be leived a term fee or the charges to some extent but not the entire amount of Rs.53, 500/-. Request you to intervene and help.

I have 95% in the remaining four subjects. BECAUSE OF WRONG CHECKING IN P.Ed paper, it would have a devastating effect on my JEE MAINS RANK, MY CAREER WOULD COME TO STOP JUST BECAUSE OF CARELESSNESS AND WRONG CHECKING BY A TEACHER EVEN THOUGH I DON'T DESERVE IT. please do the justice because it's in your hand the career of a deserving indian child. sir my son has ADHD .he is only eight years old . he can grasp knowledge after taking medicine and sit quietly .but in surat everyone intersted in money no one intersted in given education .At the time of admission every school rejected him .no one follow inclusion education act. please consider about my child education . he has also right to go school and teacher attend him. He needs more attention than other so noone able to accept such type challenge child. i[censored] pressuerized, may he get any school . thanks

Dear Sir/madam myself PANKAJ KUMAR TIWARI was a student of DAV MS CFRI, I HAD TO LEAVE MY STUDIES BECAUSE I WAS GETTING TORCHERD BY MR.MONOPRIYA CHATTERJEE. JUST BECAUSE I LEFT HIS TUITIONS... Respected sirs/madam, I wrote eship 12th paper this year really well and was expecting 95+ but I got 82.I know I wrote much better.Plz I urge the cbse board from the bottom of my heart to let us apply for revaluation for this subject.I know no 5th subject papers are allowed to undergo revaluation but I feel I am getting variation of 5-10 marks and I feel the examiner forgot to award marks to some questions.See I went through my question paper so may times but I know there is no chance of me losing 18 marks.Just to let u know I topped the subject the whole year getting marks like 98, 95, 97 and dont think I am in anguish because I didnt top the exam i am in anger that people who failed with me the whole year got more than me.Plz sir and madam just allow revaluation for this subject.I[censored] want to contact me-[protected]

kvs nhpc singtam school are demanding much more higher marks for for admission of students in science and maths minimum marks is 6.0 but they are asking 8.0 the simply not giving admission to students of gsp 6.0 to 7.0 even there are many sets it will be great help if you could help us you can contact them no[protected] & 247411 please help us

Sir, My name is Vijaya, ex teacher of K.T.S Public School, Solan worked there from 16th April 2015 -11th June 2015, as an English and Computer teacher.I want to draw your kind attention towards the fradulent act of K.T.S School affiliation code is 630064 and Center Code is HP04391 with address Giri Hills K T S P O Box 25 Solan Himachal Pradesh for paying low salaries to its teachers.Even I didn’t get any salary till now.I also request you to kindly withheld my identity while processing the complain. Nursery Teachers are paid Rs. 1500 and Senior Teachers are paid upto 7000 Rs.The worst thing is that they charge rs. 500 from the teachers to open their salary account and retain the passbook with them after getting it signed from the teachers.The higher amount is written on the cheque book and their administrator draws the salary from the bank and the teachers receive it in cash. This is just a fraudulent act. And worst thing is that the teachers are not issued any appointment letters and no bound is signed from them and despite this they keep first month's salary as a security and also after 2-3 months they themselves create such adverse circumstances that their teachers are forced to leave the job. They keep their 1 month salary and then new appointments are made and again same procedure is followed. CBSE gave strict instructions that the present method of school management and the principal operating the bank accounts of teachers must be stopped. Such methods would be viewed as criminal offence. In some private unaided CBSE schools, the management makes the teacher sign a bond to operate their accounts. When the cheque book is issued to teachers, the management will make them sign all leafs. When they remit the salary as per rules in the account of teachers, the management will withdraw the extra money. The teachers would be left with only meager amount of salary. CBSE warned of stern action against such managements. The teachers can open account in the bank as they wish. . The affiliation of such schools should be cancelled. Regards Vijaya [protected]

Dear Sir/Mam, I Sakshi Gupta of Class-Xth D/O Mr. Gautam Gupta SCHOOL No. 08894, CENTRE No. 5682 and ROLL No. 5438918 migrated from Ahemdabad to Delhi last year. I have not received my result from CBSE uptil now. CBSE declared result for Xth class on 28-05-15. Its been more than a month and i am worried for my future as i am unable to get admission to new school for Senior Classes(XIth and XIIth). we have tried contacting principal of school and cbse head departments, dehradun but have not received any response from them. IT IS ABOUT MY CAREER and is thus REALLY IMPORTANT. Please if the concerned person can look into this matter and help me out to receive my RESULT and MARKSHEET as well. sir. this is to bring to your notice that I a student of Bhopal from bal bharti public school, nishatpura is a little concerned over my optional subject selection. I wanted to change my subject from mathematics to hindi but the school is not taking my request seriously. Dear Madam, We have taken admission for my daughter in your school for 2nd Std. for the academic year 2015-16 in the month of December, 2014. At the time of admission procedure the concern teacher told us that we will take Interview (Oral/written exam) of your daughter and then only your admission will be considered as a confirm admission. The scheduled for the interview will be informed to you by school through telephone. But we didn’t received any call from your school. Several times we had called on your school landline for interview schedule, we received reply that the concern person/department will call you, but till today there is no any call from your school/concern person for interview/ admission confirmation. So we have not applied for Living Certificate in present school. on 04th June 2015, we have received massages from your school about school reopen scheduled & other details. We both are working, next day taken a leave form office & morning 10 am i m at school but there is no any support given by your staff. If we are facing this type of ignorance from you, how can we expect bright future of my daughter with their school? So I request you to please cancel the admission procedure of my daughter from your school and refund the fees paid by us i.e. 12, 800/- rupees. Receipt No. A15894. After long time waiting from morning to afternoon & as per discussion with principal for refund of paid fees, her reply is “you will returned only 2, 000/-“. Madam, please tell me why should we lose our Rs. 10800/-, If your school had confirmed the admission timely, we would continue with your school but with such a very less time you people are expecting to adjust all things from our side only. We are staying at Kamothe How can we shift from Kamothe to Sanpada within 2 days? (After your massage). we requested you about 2 month’s bus service from School to Kamothe, you are not ready for that also then he ask about refund of money you said only 2, 000/- will be refund. This is really very horrible. I request the school management that please take this matter seriously and kindly return the fees which we have paid to your school i.e. Rs. 12, 800/-. Respected sir, I had applied for verification of my ARABIC paper (116) soon after the announcement of grade 12 results on 25th may 2015.I expected above 95 in that particular subject and was shocked to see that I scored just 75 and it has greatly effected my overall percentage, so immediately i had applied for verification by paying a sum of Rs 300/-.I had full faith and hope that i would get the deserved mark after the verification process, but now the verification results have come and marks are still the same. So I kindly request the board of education to provide me with evidence of verified answer booklet as it would console me if the mistakes are shown to me. Please do provide the facility of re-evaluation for all the subjects and treat all subjects equally, because each and every students have got their likes and dreams and if such a facility is made available the students need not drop their desires and aspiration due to the less marks in that particular subject Thanking you Yours truly ROLL: 4832895
