I made a payment of Rs 1200 for both paper 1& Paper 2 through QR Code scanner with UPI reference id[protected] on September 21, 2021 at 9:46pm. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the CTET website still shows incomplete payment! My application number is [protected].
I wrote an email to the mail id given on the CTET website for queries ([protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com) but there has been no response.
The contact number that they have displayed on the website is never answered, most of those numbers are out of service!

Its been 2 days now and there has been no response on the email. I have been trying the contact numbers mentioned above but none of them are being answered!
Is this the way a government agency functions? That too on a national level?
How long do I wait for the refund? Or updation?
Please help!
