R/Sir, I have applied CTET form December, 2021 and I have paid fee twice so that I can complete my application form but ctet website is showing my fee pending since[protected].I also paid fee 1000 again on[protected] so that I can complete my form but till now my fee is showing pending on ctet website after already been paid.So it is requested that my fee may kindly be refunded and my application form may kindly be submitted on fee already paid on[protected].     I applied for ctet december 2021 exam and paid the fee of rupees 1000/- using BHIM UPI. the money was deducted from my bank but was not reflected in my application. I tried to contact the phone number given on ctet website but no one answered. The number was busy for more than 8 hours every time i called. I registered a complaint with bhim upi and my transaction was labelled as " failed" by them. Now, my transaction has failed but my money has not been refunded.

      Respected Sir/Mam,
      I made payment of ₹1200 UPI (Phonepe for CTET paper 1 & 2. During transaction, the payment is shown incomplete in CTET portal but the amount (₹1200) was deducted from the account.So, I need refund of ₹ 1200. So, I can pay the fee again.
      Please help sir/mam to resolve this problem.

        Sir,
        I've applied for CTET examination for category 1 and category 2. My application number is [protected]. I've paid my application fee through upi. Even though it shows paid in the upi app the CTET application window shows it unpaid. The upi transaction number is T2109231146366652442470. Kindly look into this and help me get a refund. I've attached the screenshot of the upi transaction.

            This is total fraud as I used QR CODE to submit my fees and it showing that fees not submitted infact my account says it is submitted, I have proof however the help desk doesn't respond and I dnt understand if the system doesn't show this option that we paid using QR code, why is this option even added, it is not correct that u r cheating with students using QR code. it's scam stop this and update our info or give our Money back.

                      I made a payment to CBSE of rs 1200 on 20 September 2021 for CTET paper 1&2.money deducted from my account 2 times also it shows incomplete fee status in application form.
                      I didn't get any refund.
                      What should I do now.
                      It is very dissatisfied

                                  I made a payment of Rs 1200 for both paper 1& Paper 2 through QR Code scanner with UPI reference id[protected] on September 21, 2021 at 9:46pm. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the CTET website still shows incomplete payment! My application number is [protected].

                                  I wrote an email to the mail id given on the CTET website for queries ([protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com) but there has been no response.

                                  The contact number that they have displayed on the website is never answered, most of those numbers are out of service!
                                  [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protect...⇄

                                  Its been 2 days now and there has been no response on the email. I have been trying the contact numbers mentioned above but none of them are being answered!

                                  Is this the way a government agency functions? That too on a national level?

                                  How long do I wait for the refund? Or updation?

                                  Please help!
