I am student of class 12th 2020-21and i completed my 12th from J.A. Saraswati vidyapeeth school bainsi, rohtak in this pandemic cbse follow new marking scheme for students of class 12th in which board consider our marks on the basis of performance of past 3 years but cbse not follow there own marking scheme as a result i am of this i get compartment in 3 main subject in my class 12th and many student in our class getting compartment or getting very less marks we want justice for our future please help me and investigate this issue as soon as possible

i have applied for duplicate Class 10 marksheet for my sister..my application number is R21DD031259..i have paid rs 350 for the same and i read from website that i will receive in 7-15 days but yet don't get it.i had applied for it on 14 of August 2021...plsss provide it as soon as possible..its urgent.

My school send internal marks 20 out of 20. I got 70 percent marks in class 9th. CBSE issued my 10th result giving less than 55 percent. School said this is software problem. I also registered my complaint before too. Kindly made corrections in my result.

Its been a month since cbse has released its dispute resolution form but i dont see anything that cbse has taken steps regarding that.my daughter who tops in everysubject was expecting for 96+% but end up getting very low. engineering counselling has already started in our state its highly competitive here and cut off increased by 30% .my daughter fails to get the better college because of the careless act by school.school has made mistake and my daughter is a sufferer but board has not taken any steps. There was no response from regional office in our state .you people are answerable for what can be done next.

Dear Sir/ Madam, My son was reading from class 5th on wards. Now he appeared in class 10th CBSE exam and due COVID-19 govt had changed the mode of exam. I have paid all fees amount for class 10th while situation was critical due COVID-19. Now, without informing and consent of parents school has increased fees and charging Rs-25000.00 for new session. We are not agree and unable to pay such fee hike. Now we are requesting, to providing TC/ School leaving certificate, but school is demanding for 3 months fees for new session i.e from Apr-21 to June-21. CBSE has declared result in Aug-21. I request u to please, help me. I am a poor person and running a family of 07 members fro hand to mouth.

I am Geeta Kanojia ex employce of THE PINE CREST SCHOOL, DLF Phase I, Sector 26A. I have filed CM Window against the school on 7th January 2021 when the school management was harrasing me and forcing me to do so many duties in half salary. On 28th December 2020, the school gave me mail regarding so many duties. On 30 th december 2020 I replied on the mail about not performing those duties in least salary. I told them these duties don't come under my ambit. So in the continuing mail on 7th January, the Principal told that they will not increase any salary and will give half salary and forced me to do these duties unless give resign but I refused to give resign. So I filed Cm window on 7th Jamarly regarding harrasement of by giving many duties is least salary. I want to know that is it possible for one person to do these many duties ? The offer letter is also on fraud basis as there was a signature of current Principal but not of that authority present at my time of appointment.
Then the school management gave me extra to complete and make result duties after my filing of CM Windows the complaint 8th number February.
The complaint number is CM Window current- CMOFF/N/2021/034338

The school is again and again putting same letter on Cm Window and in the result the window gets closed.

I went for 2nd hearing in BEO office and my statement was also recorded where I asked the school to give me my salary and to exempt my ward's fees. So the officer by asking the school's representative told me to compromise. So I compromised to take only salary. But the school representative denied moreover he was not a decision maker. They filed a complaint against me in DLF police station threatened me that they will file a case against me infront of BEO officer.
I am 45 years of age and I do not have any job right now and the school is neither giving salary, nor job and moreover asking my Ward's fees.
I have all the proofs regarding my grievance. I want these things :
* I want half salary of March 2020- December 2020 and full salary of January 2021 and February 2021.
* I also on My want 3 month's salary based termination
* My Ward's fees should be exempted.

Please take some action

I am private candidate student 2021 .i am finding to fill form for private candidate but there it's showing last date is over but i don't find the form.

I would like to complain about the fact that my gradings are not right i should be getting A2 for marks between 80-90 but instead I got B1

As i m a non medical student thoroughout my 12 board examination . In my result DMC school had done a mistake which they are not accepting as well they made wrong subject list of mine in my dmc which doesnt make any sense that m a no n medical student or a medical and 4 years was passed nd the didnt even tried to correct my result now i am seriously complaining about this pleaseeee help me i m out of my mind due to this i m not able to take admission for my graduation ..

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

In accordance with the tabulation policy released by CBSE, I have received class 12th result of an aggregate 76.4%.
I had received a result of 89.5% in my top 3 theory subjects in 10th.
I had received an aggregate 81.4% in my class 11th result.
However, my school - The Jain International School, did not conduct any internal class 12th exams and therefore the marks awarded by them in class 12th have no basis and has caused the degradation of my overall result. They also refuse to release these marks for us to see even though they themselves had said that CBSE hasn't issued any guidelines stopping them from doing so.
The school also doesn't respond to any of our concerns. Even though I was fully prepared for the board examination this year and had my sights on some of the most prestigious colleges of India and was aiming to get over 95% in my class 12th result, the school's failure in conducting internal class 12th exams, their unlicensed tie-up with Allen Career Institute, and the baseless marks reported by them have cost me my admission to several colleges and this will have dire consequences on my career.

It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that blacklist The Jain International School - Nagpur, and cancel their license for reporting baseless marks and their illicit tie-up with Allen in the interest of justice.

It has been going to 1 month for dispute resolution. Cbse has said in its circular to give the dispute resolution result before compartment/improvement exams.
But till now no mails and information came regarding disputes result.This is so playing with our future. Committee is not giving any response regarding this.
Please sir, its humble request to gove the results very soon as possible.

Sub:- Complaint against Savanu Interntational School Jindpur regarding cheating.
Sir,
1. That I am the law abiding citizen of India my name is Vishal Bhardwaj R/O- H.no- 1768 kumharo wali gali Alipur Delhi – 110036.
2. That my cousin Ronak Bhardwaj S/o Davinder Bhardwaj is a student of Savanu International School and studying in school since 7th class.
3. That when we admitted my cousin Ronak Bhardwaj in school it was recognized by CBSE till 8th class my cousin was in 8th class in year[protected] and next year we were planning to change the school than on the annual day of year[protected] the manager of school congratulated all the parents, students, teacher and made a statement that the Savanu International School is now affilitated under CBSE till 10th class.
4. That after the stating the statement true we admitted my cousin in 9th class under the Savanu international School . (copy of ID card Annexured A)
5. That my cousin was enjoying his studies as well as extra activities in the school one day my cousin told me that today there was a school inspection by the CBSE and all the students were shifted from school building to other place as the school is not affiliated till 10th class as per the norms of CBSE a school can give admission to student in class 9th only when the school is affiliated till 10th class after listening to the whole incident from my cousin I went to the school and asked them about the incident they denied the situation and again reassured me that the school is affiliated till 10th class that’s why we gave admission to all the students in 9th class.
6. That after again assurance we were tension free all the exams was duly given by cousin in the school in academic year[protected] all the PTMs were held at school and also the CBSE registration for board exams was duly signed by the parents itself at Savanu International School.(copy of fee slip of 9th class Annexured B)
7. That in academic year[protected] my cousin was enjoying his studies in class 10th through virtual classes due to corona pandemic all the classes were attended by the teachers of Savanu International School and all the exams unit test as well as pre boards were given by my cousin and was dully submitted to the teachers of Savanu international School through electronic mode (Google forms) we were paying fees to Savanu International School (copy of fee slip of 10 class Annexured C).
8. That result of class 10th was duly decalred by the CBSE and we found one suspicious thing in the result that the school name mention on the result was different the mention name was (B R Tyagi Public School) and we never heard name of this school we were shock that why the wrong name is published on marksheet is there is any publishing mistake later on after confirmation with school we found that the all the students from 9th class were admitted by the Savanu International school to this (B R Tyagi Public School) after this we went to school for such a fraud with us on which the manger of school said that the providing education is not only a social work it is a business and all this is done for the student and for the development of school,
9. That the Savanu International School was playing with the future of students for their education business motive all the students were sold to (B R Tyagi Public School) the school charged all the parents with heavy fees for studies/ admission in the Savanu International School but the parents were not aware that the their child are studying in a third grade school whose name is never heard by them.
10. That the Savanu International School was not recognized and still the school was continuing and giving admission to the student was doing an illegal personation Act also the fees charged is a kind of black money as on that money tax is also not paid as there is no any admission as school is not affiliated.
11. That such act of the school clearly shows the motive behind the education business and it is a very big educational fraud many student as well as parents are cheated by Savanu International School the school manager is must charged with the case of Cheating U/S- 420 IPC for the act of him also this section completely applies on him.
12. That my cousin after knowing that he was not on record student of Savanu International School he was only attending class their he was student of (B R Tyagi Public School) is resulting in mental harassment to him he is going through mental stress because of the act of Savanu International School we also demand to register the case also in the provisions related to causing mental harassment to anyone under IPC.

It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that register a FIR against the Savanu International School for Cheating and causing Mental Harassment and also the cancellation of recognition of Savanu International School as well as B R Tyagi Public School -Budh Vihar, DELHI in the interest of justice to all the students.
