I have applied for CTET 2021. I made the payment through Google pay and amount i.e 1200 got debited but fee payment is showing incomplete in application form. My Registration no. [protected] and UPI TRANSACTION ID is[protected]

I made my payment of Rs 1200/ upi. money deducted from bank but still shows incomplete on cbse portal.
i want refund so that i will pay the fee again.

I made payment of ₹1200 through UPI (Gpay) for CTET paper 1 & 2. During transaction, the payment is showing incomplete in CTET portal but the amount (₹1200) was deducted from the account. So, I need refund of ₹ 1200. So, I can pay the fee again.
Please help sir/mam to resolve this problem.

Dear Sir,

I applied for CTET December 2021 .
During fee payment of Rs. 1000, I tried payment through QR code scanner, the amount was deducted from my bank and the application still shows applicant fee payment status - Incomplete. I Have not got any refund. MY Bank says the it is successfully transferred to CBSE account. Kindly Help me in this.

I did payment for CTET tonight at 1:30 am. although the amount was deducted from my bank but it is not reflecting on the portal and still shows the message as PAYMENT INCOMPLETE. Kindly update the transaction to avoid further inconvenience.

I submited the CTET-DEC 21 form and paid the exam fee using UPI QR code scan. My transaction was successful and amount 1000 got deducted from my account but still form shows the amount is not paid.

Please help me in resolving this problem ASAP. This will be troubling many candidates and we request this to be resolved ASAP....

I made payment of ₹1000(Twice) in total ₹2000 through UPI (Gpay) and QR for CTET paper 1 . During first transaction, the payment is showing incomplete in CTET portal but the amount (₹1000) was deducted from the account. So, I tried for one more time of ₹1000 and same thing happened. So, I need refund of ₹ 2000. So, I can pay the fee again.

I've applied for CTET examination for category 1 and category 2. My application number is [protected]. I've paid my application fee through upi. Even though it shows paid in the upi app the CTET application window shows it unpaid. The upi transaction number is T2109231146366652442470. Kindly look into this and help me get a refund. This is total fraud as I used QR CODE to submit my fees and it showing that fees not submitted infact my account says it is submitted, I have proof however the help desk doesn't respond and I dnt understand if the system doesn't show this option that we paid using QR code, why is this option even added, it is not correct that u r cheating with students using QR code. it's scam stop this and update our info or give our Money back....
