Sir/madam, I completed my research under ugc-net-jrf. But, the fellowship for 6 months under new scheme is still not received.in pfms profile, i find 3 months fellowship transaction as failed due to insufficient balance-[b1]. But my account with the canara bank is normal and active. I here attach the screen shots of my profile showing pending fellowship from 'canara bank scholars corner'.
