The site is showing that is money should have been refunded by 15 dec but in my case it's still not refunded I am in an urgent need of money so please do something

I have applied for seat allocation process through CSAB in 2020. I have deposited an amount of ₹ 37, 000 for participation. Unfortunately, I did not get the seat in it. Hence, I am eligible for the refund amount of ₹ 35, 000 back into my account which I have submitted during the registration.
It was notified to us that refund process will be initiated from 15th of December, 2020 but It's 28th of December, 2020 till now I haven't received the money back. Hence, I request the officials to give my money back as soon as possible.

I have paid sum of 38000 as a part of admission process but didn't got any seat in this so as per policy CSAB need to refund sum of 35000 bach as a procedure within a period of time but CSAB hasn't responded on it and their helpline no never repond i have tried lakh 100 of times but no reply i need help in this as my family condition is to weak and not getting that amount since a month has fallen a burden on family can u please look into this request and try to resolve the matter as soon as possible

I have applied for seat allocation process through CSAB in 2020. I have deposited an amount of 37000 for participation. Unfortunately, I did not get the seat in it. Hence, I was eligible for the refund of ₹ 35000 back into the account which I have submitted during the registration.

The total fee paid for participation in CSAB is Rs:37, 000 ; for me no set is alloted in any round of CSAB seat allotment ;in that case CSAB has stated that the particpation fees would be refunded of amount Rs: 35, 000; in CSAB the refund program is inciated on December 15 until now no refund is inciated in my bank account . please refund is as soon as possible .

The total fee paid for registration was Rs. 37, 000. It was stated that in case of no allotment of seat, there would be a refund of Rs. 35, 000/-. But I haven't been allotted a seat through CSAB and it was stated that the initiation of the refund of the deposit would be started by Dec 15, 2020. But till date, the refund was not reflected in my bank account.

I have not received participation fee of Rs.35000/- till date. I have withdrawn my name after first round due to non allotment of seat in first round, whereas refund has already been initiated w.e.f. 15/12/2020. It is therefore requested that amount may please be refunded as soon as possible to avoid financial hardship.

I had participated in josaa and Csab counselling. I didn't get the refund amount of seat acceptance fee and partial admission fee, where I was not alloted any college in my Csab round 2, after surrendering at round 1. There is a worst(no response) from email and phone calls.(it's always busy). I paid 35000 rupees which is a big amount.
Please do the needful. There is no way to contact Csab and get a response.
