This is Rishika Bajaj. For further reference my jee main application number is[protected].
It's been like a month since the csab 2020 round 2 finished. And I wasn't alloted any seat according to my rank and preferences. Still there is no notification of money which I am supposed to receive as a refund. I have sent numerous mails to the e-mail provided on the official. Also the complaint number provided on the official website says please check the number you've dialed.
Expecting an update about the same. It's been way too long and there's still no response from your side. If the same continues I might have to some serious action. I expect a response from your end before I'm done being polite.

      We are participated CSAB for 2020. But there is no seat allocated in two rounds.

      I have paid 37000/ INR but not refunded till now.

      Candidate name : Dasari Sunil, Transaction date : 18/11/2020 & time is 23:13:22 IST and transaction id CPAAKQJCH3.

      I have paid this amount through my account.

      Kindly help on this.

            The date of the refund mentioned on your site is 15th December 2020. The new year has begun, it's already 7th Jan 2021 when I'm typing the complaint and still, I haven't got my refund yet.

              I have registered for csab on 18/11/2020 but the first payment which was done through upi app got failed and i had to pay Rs 37000 again to csab.
              I didn't got any seats in the allocation rounds and the amount which was done through the successful transaction was refunded to me.
              The failed transaction resulted in Rs 37000 being debited from my account and i still haven't got the money refunded to me.
              I have send multiple emails to csab but haven't got a reply yet.
              I am hereby attaching the screenshot of the transaction that got failed on the website but resulted in Rs 37000 being debited from my account.
              Please do the necessary.

                      Refer to our mails dated 29/12/2020 and 31/12/2020 from el.[protected]@gmail.com
                      With reference to the above subject, I Himaja Elluru(Application number:[protected] paid Rs.37000. I was not allotted any seat. As per the information, I am eligible for refund, the refund starts from December 15th. Till now, I did not receive refund. Kindly, refund the amount as I have to pay the fee to the college where I was admitted.

                          I have applied for seat allocation process through CSAB in 2020. I have deposited an amount of 37000 for participation. Unfortunately, I did not get the seat in it. Hence, I was eligible for the refund of β‚Ή 35000 back into the account which I have submitted during the registration.
                          It was notified to us that refund process will be initiated from 15th of December, 2020 but till now we have not got our money back. Hence, I request the officials to give my money back as soon as possible.

                            I was applied for csab special rounds and done the payment of 17000 with the application no.[protected] and as the details we get were like if we will not get any colleges in any rounds then our my will surely refunded with some deduction and on the csab site it is mentioned that is should be done till 15december but it is 1jan and till now we don't get any refund so plz sir/madam resolve our problem and gave us our money soon

                              I have make payment of Rs.37000/-to CSAB on Dt.19.11.2020 towards the Participation Fee.my application No. is[protected].As per the CSAB information brochure, after deducting Rs.2000/-, balance of Rs.35000/- to be refund if seat not allotted .Seat allotment procedure has been over and Rs.35000 should be refund to my bank a/c as seat has not been allotted to me but amount yet not refunded even after several emailed.

                                  I registered in csab2020 counselling where i paid Rs 37, 000. i didn't get any seat in csab round 1 after which i select the option to not participate in round 2. i am waiting for my refundable money for a long time(even the refunding process was started from 15 Dec 2020).                                     Applicant with application number[protected] applied for csab and not got refund yet.in josaa i have paid 35000 on 25 oct 2020 and paid 2000 in csab on 18 nov 2020.since I didn't got any seat in csab. 35000 rs/- has to be refunded . So please do the same fast(refund 35000 as soon as possible).
