Central Seat Allocation Board [CSAB] Complaints & Reviews

I have apply for CSAB 2020 special round and I didn't get any seat in special round but I didn't get my fee refunded yet. I will contact them through email and contact no but there is no response from them. Refund amount is 35, 000, which is very big amount for any middle class family. Information on the website is refunding process will start from 15 Dec but I haven't get any fee or any response from them
So please help me to get refund my amount

I fill the choise in csab special round but I have cancelled after round I .According to csab business rule I have to get refund but not yet I have received. so please give me refund as soon as possible.

My jee main application number is[protected]. I have not yet received my refund after the counselling has finished so many days back. I have not been allotted any seat in the counselling, then why am I not getting any refund from your side. Please give a reply. Since for many people Rs.35, 000 is lot of money. Please look into it.

I had withdrawn from josaa counselling before the 6th round (@5th round) and i did not participate in csab and the website notified the refund will be issued after dec.15 till now the refund of rs.33000 is not recieved and nobody is reachable at the contact no. Given at the website. Pls kindly forward this msg.

I'm Karthikeya, attended for jeemain exam 2020, with the application No.[protected].
I have participated in the CSAB special, councelling round, 2020, by paying a special fee Rs. 37000/- out of which Rs.35000/- as per the norms. Accoring to it, if a person drops or withdraws from the councelling after round 1, with out being alloted any seat, then he/she is eligible for refund of Rs.35000/- .
I dropped from the councelling after round1 without being alloted any seat. I paid the said amount on 20th November 2020 via SBI with INB Reference:- CPAAKSSCM0 and Merchant Reference No.:[protected]. I have uploaded, a cencelled cheque of HDFC Bank bearing No:-011591 of A/C No. :-[protected]
IFSC:-HDFC0000575 of West Mambalam, Chennai. Now the same account, has transfered to New Alkapur Township branch, Hyderabad with IFSC code:-HDFC0009425.
Till today, i didn't get any fee refund. So i solemly request you to see that the refundable fee to be credited, at an early date.

It's been like a month since the csab 2020 round 2 finished. And I wasn't alloted any seat according to my rank and preferences. Still there is no notification of money which I am supposed to receive as a refund. I have sent numerous mails to the e-mail provided on the official. Also the complaint number provided on the official website says please check the number you've dialed.
Expecting an update about the same. It's been way too long and there's still no response from your side. If the same continues I might have to some serious action. I expect a response from your end before I'm done being polite.
Look into the matter as soon as possible.

Please update the portal regarding the refunds. And when can we expect our refunds? It's not a small amount to delay.

I applied for counselling in CSAB 2020 for a seat in NITs and paid amount of 37, 000 INR . I got a seat in special round 1 and I surrendered the seat and opted for counselling in special round 2. But I didn't get the seat in special round 2 . According to bussiness rules of CSAB 2020, the amount of 31, 000 INR must have been transferred to the account that i had submitted while registering for CSAB 2020. According to the csab.nic.in refund process started from 15 DEC 2020 but still refund is not yet recieved. Even they are not responding to the calls and emails that are provided at the official website of CSAB 2020.

I have participated the CSAB special round allocation .I have paid rupees 37000{thirty seven thousand only } to CSAB .I haven't get any allocation as per my choices and i didn't get the refund till now. My name is Vinay Dhara. I paid the participation fee of 37000/- in CSAB. I didn't get a seat alloted in both the special rounds. Now I'm eligible for refund. On website it's provided that the refund process will initiate from 15th Dec but today it's 23rd Dec and I still didn't get my money refunded. My registration number :[protected]

I, Leninence Saha, have paid 37000 fees for participation and and wasn't allotted any seat in the 1st round. I've also filled up the required bank details for the refund process that was supposed to be completed for refund during registration. The main website mentioned that the refund process would be initiated from 15th December 2020 but no update has been given yet about it.
I've already shared an email regarding the same and have not heard back from them yet. There has been no response on the helpline number mentioned on the cash official website too.

As per website update, they will start refund the amount from 15th december.

But as of today i haven’t received my refund amount.

I would like to check the status of my refund.

I applied for csab special round seat allotment and paid rs 37000 as fee. It was said that if I wasnot allotted any seats then my money will be refunded and I wasn't alloted any seats during the special round. And also on its website it is mentioned that the refund should be initiated from 15 December but today is 22 December and still I didn't get my money refunded. ... It's been more than a month completed CSAB counseling, As we are not allowed a seat, we suppose to get a refund fee of what we paid 37000/-, In the CSAB portal refund showing a refund initiated from 15th DEC, But we still not received yet. Please find the details below
