I have paid 36500 to csab for participating in the special round counselling of 2018.
I got a seat in the first round but since my rank was low, i got a poor nit which i decided to reject. So submitted my willingness as "surrender and not participating in the next round"

According to csab business rules, i should get my money back after deducting 5000
So csab should return 31500rs in my account, but i didnt got any refund.

So i request csab to return my money as soon as posible.
I come from a lower middle class family and 31500 is a huge amount for my family.

Pls return my amount asap

I will be thankful to csab if they give me the refund because i have to take admission in bsc in my hometown. So i need money for that purpose...

I had appeared for csab special round counselling 2018. But i had not been allotted any seat in both the special rounds and as per business rules my participation fee of rs 36500 should be refunded back after deducting rs 1500. So please refund my participation fee. My jee main roll no. Is 26902338. Please refund back my participation fee at the earliest.

I have been allotted a seat in iiit bhagalpur in csab special round 1, after that i choose float option and participated in next special round 2.in this round i got the seat in cse branch in iiit kalyani. West bengal.
Earlier i thought that the iiit's are the goverment funded institutions, where the fee structure is not high as compare to private institutions, so i reported at the institution and found that the fee is very high due to ppp model (Public private partnership) as told by officials. So, due to very high fee structure of iiit kalyani, i could not able to pay the fees of the institution. Therefore my reporting to the institution had been cancelled.
I request you to kindly refund my special round participation fee of rs. 35000/- and seat acceptance fee of rs.35000/- (Total of rs. 70000/-). As early as possible because it is a very huge amount for a middle class.

Your late response has made me post this complaint against you sir. I have no been alloted any seat in csab special round. But yet there is no information from yours side regarding when you will refund our money back. It's a huge amount that we had paid within restricted days. And why can't you just refund it 🔙 as early as possible. And my present condition is i am waiting for this amount to get admitted in other college. So please take this issue as important and refund it as soon as you can. Please it's my humbleness request.

In csab special round-i i surrendered and participated in next round while i didn't got anything in special round-ii, but on 3rd august i got a message i have been allotted a seat. I have already taken admission on 2nd august. I want my fees to be refunded. Its a huge amount sir please understand. I have only taken admission in another institute after initially i have not got any seat on 1st august.

My brother got a seat in nit raipur in the josaa first round. We paid the seat acceptance fee and got the documents verified. However we did not report to the reporting centre which was to be reported after the 7th round.
So, our seat got cancelled.

Then we participated in csab special round by paying 1500 rs. My brother is not allotted any seat in the csab special round.

How to refund the seat acceptance fee paid during the jossa rounds.

Please reply as soon as you can.

Sir I have alloted a seat in special round 1 but I surrendered and participate in 2 round.. Firstly when I check my seat allotment stutus on 1st Aug, I haven't alloted any seat in special round whose result was out on Aug 1st but I got a message of seat allotement on Aug 3rd. Which I saw just now. I have to reach the alloted institute till August 6. How can I reach there in only one day...?WHY I have got late message..
Its not fair. So I couldn't reach at proper time and accept seat.

My ward rohit jorwal participated in josaa 2018 counselling for admission in nits and third round he allotted architect 5 year course in mnit jaipur.in respect of above i have deposited rs.15000/- against due course on jossa portal and after that we should report to mnit jaipur on due date but due to my circumstances we have not reported same. We have apply for refund of fee making all necessary formulates according josaa business rule.

Please reply when we refund our fee.

Hi csab you have verified wrong marksheet of me. I had given my cbse boards in 2017 in which my percentage is 70.6 (Which have been verified) then i reappear in cbse improvement board, from which my percentage became 76 which has been attached with old marksheet to verify. I missed the chance to sit in round 2. I got a seat in smvdu (Cse branch) and they cancelled my seat. Please help me

Respected sir/mam,

With due respect i want to tell you that i have registered in josaa as well as csab 2018 and also has paid the participation fees 36500/- with the following details as mentioned below.

Class 12th percentile - 91%

And, as i have successfully filled and locked the choices in csab 2018 portal by paying seat acceptance or participation fees as well. Also, i have filled "metallurgical engineering (Nit raipur) as one of the branch choice.

But, after first round of seat allotment and opening and closing rank statistics, it has been observed that in nit raipur (Metallurgical engineering) the opening rank is - 56758 and closing rank is-104124. And, inspite of being my rank 93174 which falls in the above opening and closing rank, i was not alloted any seat in csab first round. Even i was not informed if any mistake was done by me also during choice filling.
I have also tried to contact the helpline number, but, no one was reachable.
Kindly, help me to know the reason of no seat allotment inspite of having the rank in the range.
I shall be very thankful to you.

I passesd my high school examination in 2017-18. From geeta inter college jatan bijnor (U. P.). My roll number is 0817895. But there is an an error in printing my father's name on marksheet.

Printed name: raish ahmad
Correct name: raees ahmad

I tried to get it corrected but they said that it has been a long time so now it can not be done. Now i want to apply for passport but could not present proof of date of birth as the name in high school marksheet is not correct.

I am chartered accountant and in all certificates my name is correct except the high school certificate.

So i request you to please do the needfull.

I had deposited rs.40, 000 as seat allocation fees for my son for jeemains 2014..which he did not get, so the board had to refund me 39000 back which they have not done till date
I tried to call and send emails, messages but no response from that side.please, help me in getting my refund as early as possible, as it is alread too late

JOSAA user id= 14102042 = admission fees refund Myself Keval Mahendra Morabia My Josaa.nic.in user id is 14102042. Jee Advanced 2015 exam roll no.=1003298. Result= Rank 3605. I had paid/remitted (by E-challan mode of payment at State Bank of India, CG Road Branch, Ahmedabad 380009 ) Seat acceptance fees amounting to INR Rs. 45, 000/- dated 09 July 2015 towards fees for seat allocation at IIT Roorkee- B.Tech- Production and Industrial Management. But i have not appeared at IIT Roorkee for reporting as i have taken admission in another Institute. As a result, i am eligible for refund of my money. But when i visited CSAB website for refund of my amount, i found that i am not eligible for refund. i cannot understand the reason. why??? PFA screenshot which says that i am not eligible for offer.
