Central Seat Allocation Board [CSAB] Complaints & Reviews

I had applied for allotment of seat in NITs under CSAB 2019. I was alloted a seat in Josaa counselling but later participated in CSAB also in which i got no seat but the refund amount is still awaited.
Now its been a very long time and I am still unable to get my fees back.

Kindly try to solve this problem.

Sir, i am sudeep saurav. I had applied for csab special round of 2019 and i got seat in first round but I have withdrawn it after paying seat acceptance fee . As per your rules I must get all money refunded by deducting 1500 rupees.However, still no fee refund has received from the csab. I have even tried call the help desk numbers provided on the csab website but no one picked up the phone and also i have send own problem through email but no reply from by csab.Even I have updated bank account .
So i request you to please refund fee as soon as possible because more than 6 months is going to be finished. If you receive any information regarding this plz mail me.

I have withdrawn seat from csab counseling after first round but didn't get any refund till now

Always they say to update details for refund. Already u had done it but they are not responding so please help me to get money refunded.
Nearly 6 months is going to be finished but still not received any information regarding delay in refunding my money back.

I have applied for the refund of my fee in csab special round 1 as per guidelines i should have got my refund but i couldn't got my refund till date and time and i want my refund cause i need it and i am calling the given number but no one is picking up the call that so much of irresponsibility. I want my refund as soon as possible so kindly take action on this cause i need this refund.

I opted to withdraw from josaa councelling on the 5th round of councelling. I have completed all the process of withdrawal. I have provided my bank details to csab. But my fee of rs. 15000 is still not refunded.

I have also sent an email to csab but there is no response.

Sir i didn't get a seat in josaa then i applied for csab special round i paid for csab rs36500/- but again i did not get a seat in csab. How can i refund my participation fee?? Sir please reply. This year-2019 i had applied for gaan round and not get qualified for any seat. At the time of application i had paid 36500 and now i am not receiving any refund. As per rules written in official site i should get refund till now. I have also called to number mentioned in site but calls are not received by anyone. Mails are also not been answered. This type of carelessness is not appreciable. Please do something about this.

But there was no change in seat and i freezed my seat in abv-iiitm gwalior.

I already paid the full fees of my institute before participating in special round. I have not got any refund nor my fees was adjusted.

When i try to log in on csab for refund they say i am not eligible

I had participated in csab 2019, and didnt join the alloted college and cancelled the seat. Its nearly 3 months and i have not yet got the refund and when i am trying to update my bank detail it is saying that i am not eligible for refund. I even tried calling csab and they haven't picked up phone till today and i even mailed them and got response. Pls do something about this.

Kindly refund the security deposit of rs 35000/- online transferred through sbi account no [protected] of shagun jaswal (Branch - gagret, ifsc code no sbin0002343).

While filling of the application for participating in the csab 2019 counseling, erroneously application number was written in place of bank account no.

Whoever are complaining about csab do refer anurag shuklas answer and write complain to pm modi (https://www.quora.com/Is-there-any-way-to-get-the-fee-refund-if-I-dont-want-to-...⇄ actually i even applied for csab and got seat in csab round 2 but after opening the website it shows no refund for you. So after doing the reserach i came to know about this i wote to pm modi. See it may be difficult if i alone write to modi but he may listen to us if many o[censored]s qrite to us so please write to modi

My son has appeared in a josaa reporting for admission at nit agartala. Accordingly on 5th july 2019,
I attempted to pay the seat allotment fee of rs. 15000/- through debit
Card. However, on the bank counter, i was informed that the payment
Was not updated. Thus i withdraw a cash of 15000/- from a nearby atm
And once again i deposited the fee of rs. 15000/- in cash. Later on,
While checking my bank statement, i found that, amount of 15000/- was
Also deducted through debit card transaction. Thus i paid twice.

I requested csab through email to settle the issue. But they didnot show any interest not even for reply. I tried to call then in the phone no, but no one picked. Hence, it is my kind request to you, to settle the issue.

Sir I had paid both seat acceptance. And registration fees which means total of 71500 something out of 70000 rupees are not refunded till now and I have not join any seat sir please tell me I have eligible for fees refunded if yes which date I will get my money
And other hand when I open my account on csab portal it show "your bank details already update " sir I fill our bank details only form fill time then after not reupdate

I have paid the participation fee (Of 36, 500) and participated in csab special round-i and have not been alloted any seat at the end of the same. I have exercised the option of not willing to participate in the special round-ii.

I still haven't received the amount of 35, 000 as a refund though it has been a very long time. I had been continuously following up regarding the refund but there is no proper response from the contact sources provided on the official website.

I request the payment refund as soon as possible as the amount is utmost important to me and my parents.

This is gopi chand with jee application number "[protected]". Almost 2 months 20 days completed, till now i didn't get my refund amount. It is very important amount to us. It is very rediculous to csab, what the csab management is doing with our money. I want to know when will i get amount back to my account. Please refund my amount back to my account.
