I am Abhijeet Bharti having jee application number[protected] and had applied for special spot round and was alloted seat in round 2 but i had withdrawn my seat so fees paid by me was to be refunded but till now it's not refunded and when i try to login to update bank info, sites say that i can't submit refund request and contact csab admin and when i try to call them they never receive call and also i had send gmail regarding this but they don't reply from their side. I request them to refund my money back as soon as possible...

I am divya sachan (Application. No:[[protected]]. I had remitted an amount of rs. 36500/- (Thirty six thousand five hundred only) for participating in the csab special round 2019.
I paid the participation fee of 36500.
No seat has been allotted to me at the end of second spot round counselling.
So according to criterion my fee should be refunded till now.
But it has not been refunded yet.
Kindly requesting you to know, till when it shall be refunded?
What is the status of my fee refund process?

My csab 2019 fee was dually submitted. First by cash mode in sbi bank which was not reflected on my csab login id on 26 july 2019. So my csab choice filling option was locked. We are unable to fill choice. It was second last date of registration. So we again pay fee by net banking for registration. My cash fee was submitted on state bank mops reference no.- "cpt6593847". Please refund my dually submiited fee on account given at the time of registration of csab 2019. Jee mains roll no[protected] phone no. - [protected]

But i haven't got alloted any seat through this round so far. Also, i haven't received any refunds of the same yet. I had applied for csab special round 1. I had not yet been alloted a seat in the first round and decided to withdraw from the selection process before the second round. However, the fee for first year paid by me (Rs. 35000) has not yet been refunded even after 2 months. I have already submitted my bank details and that has also been confirmed online. I request you to kindly refund the same at the earliest.

Sir i applied for csab special round i got seat in special round 2 as you told that if seat is got then the amount will be refunded after deducting amount 31500 it shows you are not eligible for refund i raise the complaint before 2days yesterday one person will respond from csab rajeev sharam he took my bank details and asking another bank account details and finally he deducted around 30000 from 3 bank accounts my 31500 refund also not coming and he deducted all my money 30000 what is going on here plz refund my total amount and solve my problem sir...

Sir, i am piyush kumar. I had applied for csab special round of 2019 and i didn't get seat in both rounds. However, still no fee refund amount of 35000 received from the csab. I have even tried call the help desk numbers provided on the csab website but no one picked up the phone and also i have send own problem through email but no reply from by csab.
So i request you to please refund fee as soon as possible and reply me through email.

I was allotted seat in josaa counselling but i wanted to withdraw the seat so i put up the withdrawal request earlier. I gave all my account details as well, to get refund directly into my account. I was given a proof receipt for the completion of withdrawal request but i haven't been refunded till now. Its already been 45 days and i haven't been refunded till now.

I have not been allotted any seat in csab special round counselling but my participation fees for the special round of amount 35, 000 which was supposed to be credited back has not been done yet. It has been 4 weeks since the seat allotment of round 2, and the website doesn't show any information about when will i get the refund. Kindly look out!

I Omkar Bandhu S/O Than Singh Bandhu participated in CSAB special round counselling. My JEE Main Application NO. is[protected]. I paid Rs. 16500 as participation fee to CSAB. I didn't get a seat of my interest so i didn't choose a seat in both rounds. So as per rules my has to refunded to me in my bank account but till now i didn't get any refund from CSAB. When i tried to contact them then no one responded to my phone call. I request CSAB to please refund my as soon as possible.

I umesh kumar gautam father of dev gautam, jee (Main) application number[protected], deposited rs.36500/- in csab accounts for participating in csab round2. I didn't get any seat, but till date i had not got my refund amount. I am attaching the fee receipt/transaction details. No body is picking helpline number & i also requested through mail but still no response.

I veena thakur of jee mains 2019 application no.[protected] have applied for csab special round for nits, iiits and gftis 2019.

I was offered a seat in ghani khan institute of engineering and technology, malda, west bengal for food technology in special round-1.
I rejected the offered seat in csab special round-1 and wished not to participate in special round-2.
Therefore i was supposed to get the refund of counseling fees by deducing ₹1500/- from total amount.

But i made a mistake in submitting the account number. I entered the account number of recurring deposit (Rd) account.
Corrected account number is [protected].
Other details such as account name, ifsc code etc are same as submitted earlier.

For further reference you can check the image of cancelled cheque which i submitted earlier.

Therefore, kindly requesting you to do consider my situation.

I am aditya upadyay live in agra. I give jee mains paper and score a rank of 60724 so, i get nit mizoram in special round 1 (Civil engineering) and special round 2 (Mechanical engineering) but i did not go there because my mother was admitted in the hospital for the treatment of hernia at time of seat conformation at the nit mizoram. My father was expired at 7 feb. 2013 and there is nobody in the family who helps me and my mother and my family is very poor and there is nobody who urn money. Only a pension of rs 12000 is our livelihood and also nit mizoram is too far from agra so, if csab give another college of nit, iiit, gfti of mechanical engineering near to agra then, i will accept it. Otherwise i request or i beg csab to return my mother's back to her account. I belong to general category so, participation fee:-rs 36500 and seat acceptance fee:-rs 35000 and my jee mains application number:[protected]. Please sir give my mother's money back because my family is bankrupt and i am in the trouble. This money will help me for my future education. Please sir give reply fast for my request.

Respected sir i participated in csab special round i didn't got any seat in round 1 but i got seat in second round but i didn't wanted to take it so i didn't took any action please refund my money it's a very huge amount for me please do something or give me any working phone number why all their numbers are not working i am so mad about this issue of their contact information my application number is[protected]

I am sagar n from kerala. I applied for csab special round by paying participation fee of 36500. I did not get any seat in csab. Till now the refund is not made. I called in the contact number of csab but it is given wrong in the website. I request you to provide me with the refund as soon as possible. Please inform me about the exact date of refund.

Good morning. This is sirisha. I have participated in special round and got a seat in nit andhra pradesh. I rejected the seat and not participated in the next round. As per the rules i should get fee refund after deducing 5000/-. But i had not got the fee refund. I registered for fee refund, the message given was i am not eligible for fee refund. Had been allotted with a seat in iiest shibpur and paid fee acceptance but opted for special round csab got seat in nit rourkela during special round 1 for 5 yrs int physics but due to some unforseen reasons he could not join and not report to the institute where as i paid fees for counselling in josaa and csab, thus i request for fee refund process as early as possible. Because there is response and nobody attending the calls made by me several times for enquiry as given in the website numbers.
