Hi Team,

I have participated in CSAB special round one and I got seat in NIT, AP, I opted to not participate in second round. As per T&C I should get refund after deduction of 5000. but still I haven't received the seat acceptance fee refund. Already my friends got the refund. What is the issue with CASB and JOSAA, even they are not responding to mail and calls

I have alloted seat in svnit surat but some of reason i was not eligable to take addmision atthe svnit surat. They told me that you take your documents and here your report will be cancelled. After completion of all the round you get link on website and you can get your money back. But when i try to do that on csab site the pop up shows that you are not eligable to withdrawl. Now my money is stucked in it plese help to get it back.

I deposited 36, 500 for my csab special round on 25/07/19. Since i was not alloted any seat and according to the rules i was suppose to get refund of 35, 000 after deduction of 1500 but still there was no refund, while there was no information about it on the website and i am not able to get in touch with the contact no. I. E provided on the website due to some network issues. So therefore i would kindly like to get my refund and a quick response

I am vinayak bhardwaj (Jee mains application no.[protected] i recently participated in csab special rounds 1 and 2, earlier i was not allotted any seat in csab special round -1, but i participated in special round-2 and was allotted a seat in iiit bhagalpur, but due to a sudden unfortunate mishap i could not go and take admission there, therefore i want to withdraw my admission back and want my participation fees refund back, as i belong to a economically weak family therefore i cannot afford to loose such big amount of money, therefore its an urgent request to refund my money as soon as possible and as much as possible;

I deposited 16, 500 for my jossa special round on 27/07/19. Since i was not alloted any seat and according to the rules i was suppose to get refund of 15, 000 after deduction of 1500 but still there was no refund, while there was no information about it on the website and i am not able to get in touch with the contact no. Sir i am aniket kumar shivhare. I got b arch in nit raipur in csab special round 1 and 2 both. I got this message on late night of 4 august. My home is 1000 + km far from reporting center and due to heavy rain transportation facility are disturbed due to which we reached​ nit raipur at 7:30 pm of 6 august and we are not allowed to get admission in nit. Sir my 71, 500 rupee and 1year is going to be waste and 71, 500 rupee is very huge amount and this is my father's​ four months salary. Sir my family is in so much tension not only for money but also for my future. Sir please allow me to take admission or held one more round if seats are vacant in nits or refund my 71, 500 after charge able deduction on it. Sir please held spot round for nits if seats are vacant in nits. Sir i am in raipur at hotel if admission is possible then inform me as fast as possible please sir please because this is related to my future and loss of 1 year more. My jee ap no is[protected]

Sir I am Aniket Kumar SHIVHARE .I got b arch in nit raipur in csab special round 1 and 2 both . I got this message on 4 august late night . My house is 1000 + km far from reporting center and due to heavy rain transportation facility are disturbed due to this we got late and reach nit raipur at 7:40 pm on 6 Aug and I am not allowed to take addmission .sir please solve my problem and allow me to take addmission or held one more round please, if seats are available because this is a question of life and one full year . Or refund my 71, 500 rupee after charge able deduction please because this situation is not in my control .sir 71, 500 is very huge amount this is my father's 4 months salary. Eith due respect and humble request i want tostate that i have participated in the csab special round allocation of seat by submitting an amount of ₹36500/- to the respective allocation board and got a college i.e sri mata vaishnodevi institute of technology, katra, Jammu and Kashmir in the 2nd round. Now the problem is the college located in that place which is fully disturbed and under section 144 due to which national institute of technology, Srinagar had suspended the classes and all the non home state students are returning as well as the tourists are returned due to this enraged situation at that place.. now in this case how can i get admission in that place by going to the institution itself. And the money i paid for this had gone in vein.
Therefore, kindly requesting you to do consider my situation and do something to return the part amount of that money so that i can arrange any other institutions for my higher studies & oblige.

I had participated in csab special rounds. But i could not add civil engineering in nit calicut. Latet i found that ranks higher than me had been alloted to niy calicut civil engineering as per home state quota. Im from kerala so if in had added civil engineering in nit calicut i could have got it. I kindly request the authorities to watch the above mentioned and please allot me to civil engineering nit calicut

My first priority was mnit jaipur-mechanical.

According to the opening/closing rank matrix and my seat preference i should have got a seat in mnit jaipur-mechanical

As the opening rank in gen-ews is 16984
And my rank is 13951

So as per matrix i am qualified to get seat in "mnit-jaipur / mechanical" but in result of round 1, i have not allotted any seat.

For further proof i have mailed matter with all required attachments like : 1. My jee main result with my preference
2. Csab special round 1 mnit jaipur matrix.

Please urgently look into the matter and do the needful on top priority and allot me my seat as per matrix.

My vnit nagpur metallurgy branch is my second choice. This life & death matter of a student. Pls look after the problem. And pls correct the changes in special round 2 & provide the seat.

I am rahul bhatotia application number[protected] and obc ncl rank is 43012. My home state is kerala. I have applied for csab special round but did not got any seat. According to the cutoff list given on csab website i should have got civil engineering at nit calicut (Closing rank for hs obcncl is 57682). Nit calicut civil engineering was my 87th choice. Please resolve this matter before 2nd round result comes.

I have allotted CSE at Pondicherry Engineering College in Jossa counselling 2nd round. I have opted floating option for further rounds. No changes made till last round.

I registered for special round counselling. After 1st round I observed that some candidates more than my ews rank in open category allotted seats in NIT Suratkal, NIT Raipur, NIT Calicut and other NITs at CSE & ECE branch.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and 2nd round counselling results will declare tomorrow. Thanking you for your kind cooperation

I got my category sc rank 6654 and crl rank 147713 in my jee mains 2019 and i have registered for special round by filling iiit jabalpur mechanical branch as my last option but seat has been allotted to candidate whose rank is 148135 that more than mine... So i want to know why does i have been allowed seat in the first special round. Please look into the matter as fast as possible and please reply me as early as you may.

I got my category st rank 1335 in my jee mains 2019 and i have registered for special round by filling nit tiruchirapalli ece as my 1st option and nit calicut eee as my 2nd option. But seat has been allotted to candidates whose rank is much more above than mine. Even my open rank is lower than the candidate who got nit calicut eee under female only seat.
Hence, i request you to do needful.

Dear csab,

I had appeared for csab special round counselling 2018 but i had not alloted any seat in csab special round 2018 and as per csab business rules my participation fee should be refunded back. I had paid rs 16500 as participation fee and you had to refund back 15000 by deducting rs 1500. So please refund my participation fee immediately. If fee is not refunded immediately. I have to take action with the help of consumer court. So please refund my participation fee back. My jee main roll no. Is 31702638

I filled form and i deposited a fee 36500rs and i got a seat in second round but due to some reasons i can't go there and i took admission somewhere else and i contacted csab regarding this issue but there was not a single reply from there and
I contacted the csab centre which is mnit jaipur but they don't pick the call and please help me regarding this matter and my refunding fee.

I have paid 36500 to csab for participating in the special round counselling of 2018.
I got a seat in the first round but since my rank was low, i got a poor nit which i decided to reject. So submitted my willingness as "surrender and not participating in the next round"

According to csab business rules, i should get my money back after deducting 5000
So csab should return 31500rs in my account, but i didnt got any refund.

So i request csab to return my money as soon as posible.
I come from a lower middle class family and 31500 is a huge amount for my family.

Pls return my amount asap

I will be thankful to csab if they give me the refund because i have to take admission in bsc in my hometown. So i need money for that purpose...
