Dear Sir

I paid Rs 991.00 online through Axis Bank Credit Card on 13th
Nov 14 at 20.43 Hrs for the month of Oct14 against Consumer No [protected] But
I did not get any mail OR massage as a receipt as a rule.

Now I request you to send mail and message immediately as a
receipt of my Bill payment to my mail id and mobile
