I paid december month’s electric bill of rs. 860/- through axis bank credit card on 1/02/2019 at 1:33:26 p. M. Payment receipt not generated. I can not understand whether the payment has been made or not. But the amount is debited from my account. My Customer ID is [protected]. You have taken bill payable amount from my credit card A/C every month . I am not getting any receipt or monthly consumption Bill in my registered email ID [protected]@rediffmail.com .Now I need three months consumption Bill for Visa purpose very urgent basis, I get only last month bill. So please do the needful.
