By today morning around 6.15 am i am booking a flight from varansi to mumbai for 2 person on my pc. The flight was air india for 28th oct 2018. After selecting the flight i choose t payment of rs 7666 through upi. A request for rs 7666 for cheap ticket popups in my upi. I paid the amount of rs 7666 through bhim app on my mobile. After paying money the cheap ticket portal on my pc saying some error. I have attached the snapshot of money deducted. After that i didnt get any mail or sms. I have called so many times to their customer care but no one picks the call. This is disgusting. My money get deducted & i didnt get any mail/sms from cheap ticket. I want my refund..

I booked 2 tickets on 25th Sep travel - madurai to delhi on 14th Jan, 2019. The amount got deducted from my account but then after some time i got a mail from them saying that flight is fully sold out and we cant book your flight from 25th Sep till now they are allowing users to book tickets on same flight but at a higher price. And then when i asked them for a reason why are they still allowing to book and why are they not processing my booking then they are not providing me any update and just replying me with a one liner that flight is fully sold out.
On 25th Sep same flight was available on other websites too at same price but now the fares have increased.
Customer care is also not picking up any calls and just because of the issue within there server or team i have to bear such a loss and they have kept my not for 7 days for no reason.

Resolution - I want cheap tickets to refund me with the additional amount as per the fare difference on 25th and with what is now or to get my tickets confirmed at the same price. And also for keeping my 10500 amount with them for no use i want a compensation of same amount as a penalty on the website so that they do not mislead any one else in future.

I have made booking yesterday night through your website online. But when I tried to check cancellation policy of this flight. I have found that cancellation of this flight has started automatically without taking my consent and without explaining cancellation policy. I do not want to cancel my booking. Please undo my cancellation immediately without any delay. My booking I.d. is 7547009 and my ticket is from Jaipur to Chandigarh for 20th October 2018. When I talked to customer care number provide i.e. +[protected] immediately, no response has been given to me from this number and when I repeatedly tried then after a lapse of some time when I tried to contact from other number then representative talked that you have cancelled the flight and an amount of Rs.23, 500/- approx. have been deducted as penalty charges. And refund of Rs.1600/- approx. has been made to you.
Sir, I do not want to cancel this flight as i am still willing to travel and my travel date is still 20th October 2018. Please issue tickets to me as soon as possible. As this company has illegally deducted an amount of Rs.23, 000/- without informing me.
Sir, Please do the needful, immediately.

I have booked the flight from delhi to dubai for two, tirath singh heer and sukhwinder kaur heer. And it took time from your end to complete the transaction. And in that time i continuously get emails about the price change. Then i decided to cancel the ticket.

My only concern is that how long does it take to refund the amount. The transaction doesn’t show in my bank account. And i also get in email that i will get the full refund.

I booked ticket on 3rd of aug. Named as diksha chopra and ravneet singh on that time ticket was refundable.
On 5th of aug i cancelled the ticket for some reason
After a month i updated my passbook there was no refund

I contact to agency they said no refund available

I had booked a ticket for my uncle and his family for 22nd august, 2018 from kolkata to dibrugarh.. Flight no a1705, booking id 4143096.. The passengers are anjan dey, bela dey and arindam dey... But i wanted to know the cancellation procedure for only 2 passengers out of 3 as bela dey and arindam dey won't be able to take the flight but the entire ticket was cancelled, much to my despair. I had then mailed immediately to the autborised agent not to cancel but there was no response from their side...

My complaint is that I just booked ticked from app and I was searching for Mumbai to Delhi flights and pressed the search button it was by mistake pressed the Hyderabad to Delhi flight and booked the same but I immediately called on your customer care no and talked to your executive about the same but he was not in a mood to listen to me and did not help me in any of the case.. Its my humble request to you either refund my ticket or change the place for the same date and I want to go from Mumbai to Delhi.
I hope to get a positive reply from your side as soon as possible because I didn't expect non listeners to their customers from such a reputed company

Suddenly i need to pay rs 5701 for seats? Why was this not mentioned at time of booking? And why is there zero response from this company

I want to go ahead and book elsewhere? And be under 90 day slab to avail cheaper rates.

I booked flight tickets from bangalore to delhi. They costed me inr 3, 300 each. Now, i want to reschedule. According to them, the rescheduling penalty is inr 3, 900. Which is more than the cost of ticket itself. Which means i will have to pay to cancel my tickets.

In that case, i just wouldn't show up for the flight and the seat would remain empty which is a worse situation for everyone including the airline.
I don't get why they do this. Who would ever pay extra for cancellation?

I wish to have a better refund value for my tickets as i'm cancelling well before the schedule.

I booked a flight for my family with cheapticket india from mumbai to davao on the 17th march 2018 and a sum of 77515 was debited from my account. But no confirmation email was received. I tried contacting customer services but no response

That day due to heavy rains in bombay the flight was delayed, so i contacted the jet airline official and he issued me an open date ticket letter, but after 10 days rs638 was refunded into my account and ticket was canceled. I mailed you so many times but there was no response, i am very much disappointed with such a behavior, in future i won't recommend your website for further bookings as i am a frequent flyer.

I have booked (Booking date 26th aug 2017) the 2 way ticket from banglore to delhi on for 21st nov and return ticket for 26th nov. Amount rs 7025 got deducted and i did not get booking sms or mail or any booking confirmation yet. So can someone please respond me on that. Is that booking got cancelled or what? If so when will i receive the rest of the amount?

Firstly i have been a frequent flyer for over 25 years being settled as a family abroad book and travel at least 5 times annually. And i have used multiple booking sites. I booked my tickets from air tickets india and had a very horrific experience. I booked four tickets from hyderabad to trivandrum for 26780 rs i cancelled one ticket worth 6695. They are charging me transaction charges for booking and as well as cancellation which indigo airlines is already charging. I think this is unfair and i got 0 refund. The governement should regualate the industry with strict policies.

Due to unavoidable circumstances, i had to cancel the journey, when i requested customer care through mail to cancel the same on 27 sep 2017. They replied me that listed below are the cancellation charges and refundable amount ;
Cancellation charges: inr 5324/-
Refundable amount : inr 3590 /-as of now. This is charge too much. When i searched the cancellation charge in their website, nothing specific mentioned like how they calculate the cancellation charge. They are looting us in the name of cheap tickets.

I purchased an airticket through cheapticket.in (64, 000rs) travelling from india to peru. I had to return to my home in uk for medical treatment so cancelled my flight with them, more than 60 days before departure. Cheapticket state fees apply and there was nothing saying my ticket was non-refundable. After much prompting for my refund i received an email saying i'd be refunded 14, 192rs in 5-7 days. They did not do this. When i queried the ridiculously high fee charges, they falsely stated they're going by one of the airline's policy which is no refund. This is false as the stated airline charge $75 in fees. After much tweeting they have tried to negotiate and offered 29, 192rs, still way under half of the ticket cost. So not only are they threatening to keep most of my money they are also falsely quoting another company's policy as justification. On top of this, they don't answer their phone so you can even discuss it and ignore emails.

This company is a total fraud. They booked my ticket for a wrong time (Other then i mentioned while booking) and asked me for 6800/- for rescheduling the booking.
I booked a flight for 1st oct from dehradun to delhi for 7:35 am, as i had a connecting flight at 1:00 pm.
They took half an hour to confirm the booking, and once the booking was confirmed it was booked for 6:30 pm.
I asked them to reschedule it, they said it would be 6800/-. Also, you can not get it rescheduled from the airlines as they make the bookings under some corporate fares. So, only the company can reschedule it. They are scamming people by making wrong bookings and charging a lot of money for rescheduling. I had to cancel this booking as i had a connecting flight. I haven't received the refund yet.
