We booked Jet airways through cheapticket.in. since airline cancelled the flight we asked for refund and we did receive email that full refund will be initiated within 5-7 working days on 12/04/2019. Now when I call them they don't respond to our calls or email. I have read many complaints against cheapticket and they have done this to many people. I am going to file complaint against them in consumer court.

This is to bring to your notice that this particular company is selling fake airline tickets of Jet Airways at a cheaper rate just to earn their commission and cut from the Airline but when asking for refund as the cancellation has been done by the airline itself, this particular travel agent is not taking any responsibility and not co-coordinating with Jet Airways instead has stated the refund shall be done by the airline as per their own sweet time and they cant do anything about the same.

Their customer service desk is not picking up the call from the past two days and not responding to any calls. It is an irresponsible behavior from their end.

Earlier, they said the refund shall happen in 5-7 working days but now they are claiming it shall take 25-30 working days, they have spoilt our vacation. As they have not refunded our money till date we are unable to book our trip further, we are getting all the tickets either on higher rate or no tickets.

This is a problem between the Travel Agent and Jet Airways then why should we as customer should suffer. Firstly, if there was an ongoing issue with the flight they should have not been selling the ticket online, they are selling fake tickets of Jet Airways just to earn more visitors on their portal and more traffic by selling cheap tickets as their company name suggest.

Request all the consumers reading this issue, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR TICKETS ON CHEAPTICKET.IN, its a fraudulent company.

These travel agents are only selling cheap tickets giving confirmation and then cancelling it earning profit out of the same.

As jet airway cancel the flight and informed us that the refund process should be initiated by Cheapticket but got the below email from cheapticket.
Please help me out.

This is to bring to your kind notice that i had booked jet airways tickets journey on 27th april 2019 from mumbai chhatrapati shivaji international to goa dabolim airport, booking was done of 3 tickets on 8th march 2019. Copy of the the tickets are been attached for your reference.

I booked ticket for 2 from jaipur to bombay on 12 march through cheapticket.in for jet airway flight scheduled on 21:30
I got message by jet airways on 20 march that flight has been cancelled and to contact booking agency.
I contacted cheapticket.in and asked for full refund of money and they confirmed about refund on 23 march.
After few days i again mailed to confirm about refund status they said refund initiated on 27 march and will be refunded within 7 working days and now its been 7 working days and no one from cheapticket replying and i have not get any refund yet.
Kindly help me through situation.

I had booked my tickets from bhopal to mumbai via cheap tickets for jet airways on 5 march 2019 for a flight schedule on 17/3/19
But unfortunately airline inform me on 15/3/19 that the flight got cancelled and we will provede full refund.
I contact cheap tickets for the refund enquiry but they did not provide satisfactory information, all the efforts of contacting cheap tickets had gone in vain even after writing several mail they did not reply. Till now we did not receive any mail regarding my refund.
I request you please take necessary step regarding this.

I have booked flight from bangalore to hyderabad on 30th march in spicejet via ixigo app, due to 737 max8 issues spicejet has canceled and they have processed full refund also.
Every day 20 to 30 times i am calling customer care of cheap ticket and no one has been responded yet.
I have sent continuous emails and calling to their customer number no response yet.
But these people are care even to response and i hope they would have got alert aslo from spicejet.
Such a useless and cheaters this cheapticekt.in.

I booked a flight ticket from del to bang on 20 feb 2019. It got cancelled but they didn't inform me and not even updates my contact details to the airlines so that i can get my ticket status. I came to know just few hours before the scheduled time. This is ridiculous how you fool people and how worst management you guys have. At the last moment you are troubling the passengers. This is my first and worst experience. I would never go with cheaptickets.in.

I have been trying to call customer care no. Over 20 times and you guys are not responding the calls and not even updating us. This shows how irresponsibly you deal with people. Below are my booking details please initiate for my full refund asap.

Seeking your assistance here. My flight was cancelled and rescheduled to another date but cheap ticket didn't informed me. Not only that when i contacted them they start abusing me and his colleague asked him to disconnect the phone. When i called the agent of jetairways they asked to check with agent which is cleartip and agent ask me to check with jetairways. Now i mid i am not sure my return flight would be operated or not. This is a serious concern as we might have some important functions to attend and with this behaviour this is not at all accepted. Can you please look on this case.

With due respect and faith, i am registering this complain to request you to kindly help me to get my refund back.
I had booked a ticket from cheapticket via ixigo on 1st december 2019, on the same date and within an hour i contacted cheapticket to cancel the ticket they explained me if i cancel the ticket on the same day only 3000 will be deducted as cancellation charge and after that it will be higher. I requested them to cancel the ticket same minute. After that, i got a mail saying cancellation charges will be 3000 inr and refundable amount will be inr 14565/- as expected as per call. I acknowledge the same within 5mins. After that i didn't repeat any mail even after multiple calls to there 24*7 customer service and mails were not responded. Later after the start of next day, they changed the refund amount to 8228 with cancellation charge as 9337 and started forcing me to accept the new mail amount.
This kind of harrassment and fraud is not expected. If they have delayed in cancel the ticket, why will customer suffer?
Moreover, 2months are over but still after multiple mails and call i am not getting any response from cheapticket. Refund is not yet credited.

Request you to kindly help to get my refund of rs14565/- from cheapticket.com.

Hi team,

So i have booked my flight tickets for 25th morning, i was having a important meeting at that day and for some timings issue i wanted to scheduled it. I called these people 27 times but they didn't respond a single time. After this in the ixigo app i was exploring the options the moment i clicked one of the option, i got a notification that my flight has been cancelled without even asking yes or no. I was left with no option i wasn't able to attend the meeting.in between i also dropped couples of mail but these people didn't come back with reply. What kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior is this. Such a disappointment. I want my full refund back with compensation. These kind of company make customer suffer a lot. I paid around 5500/-.

I booked my ticket with cheapticket.in with booking id[protected]. I have received an email asking me to pay another inr 1454. I refused to pay, dropped an email and call them up. When i call customer care noone picks up. Another contact mobile is switched off. No response for email. My ticket status is still showing as pending.

I booked a return ticket from riyadh to mumbai and back. Due to some emergency i requested cheapticket to provide an option if i can change the date and airline only for return travel
They replied no
And when i asked for cancelling the return ticket, i have received the response stating "thank you for raising your concern but we are really sorry to inform you that ticket is non-refundable in the case of cancellation of ticket.
Still your ticket is confirmed."

This is absolutely fraud, nowhere in the ticket it is written as ticket is non-refundable in case of cancellation, still how can they do this to customer
No flexibility no support and no response at all
What should a person do in case of his family members death???

I booked a flight from the portal (Rs14616). Its status showed pending.
After some 5-10 mins, I got another mail asking for additional amount owing to fare hike. I also made the additional payment.(Rs 2560)
However, I did not get any confirmation post additional payment.
I mailed customer care, reached via FB. I also tried calling their customer care number which is unresponsive.
Please help.

I searched ticket from Johannesburg to Chennai in Skyscanner.co.in and found ticket at RS 48, 862.00 (All-inclusive price. No additional charges). When i select that price this page redirected to cheapticket.in and there i have found price hike. still i have paid (51, 179.00) the hike to book the ticket on 04th Dec 2018. After finish my booking, it says "Your Booking is Under Process. Our team is working on confirming your booking and will revert shortly. This process can take anywhere
between 30 minutes to upto 2 hours. Incase you have any questions please email us on [protected]@cheapticket.in or call us on +[protected]". Until now it is showing Confirmation status Pending. I have called to above number many times, But no one answering, and emailed to the above mail, but no one reply.

I have booked a ticket from ixigo for 27th nov from chennai to mumbai and i have cancelled the ticket directly from the airlines. I have booked the ticket for 1907 and cancellation charges was 1442 and the airlines told me to contact the booking agent. When i called the cheaptickets they are saying that no refund will be provided as you have to pay service charge, merchantile charge, convience fee. They are like you will get 45 rupees aapko chaiye ya nahi.

The website is run by complete frauds.
No processes or systems in place and finally no ownership of actions.

I was left stranded at the airport since my flight was wrongly cancelled, in place of someone else's pnr (By some stupid customer care person).
I did not get any sms or mail for this.

Later they count tell me the exact reason as to how they cancelled my ticket.
Did not accept or pay for any damages / inconvenience to the customer.

I have booked a flight from goa to delhi and same has been canceled from my side on 22nd september 2018. They have sent an email that the amount of 3891 will be refunded back to you with in seven working days. Today i am getting an email that only 1500 will be refunded to you. They are admiting that they have done a mistake while canceling the booking. But they are saying itna hi hoga refund apko jo karna hai kr lo. cheap company
