Respected sir,
I don't get my report on my address or email from cmc hospital no. -920177h. I have checked up my self 1 month earlier and till now i dont get my report.
I haved complaint 2 times before this.
I need the report under 2 days because i have to go kolkata for the next check up "so, please provide me my report on my address/ email. (Vivek. [protected]@gmail.com).
I have paid all the charges of report and my check up also..
